Anyways the girl there was more than happy to help, and it only took her a few minutes at best to get the problem straightened out. I also went here a few months ago to get my a new sim car, and they were very helpful and even offered some employee discounts for me (the employee there may have pulled a few strings). Our family had a phone plan with them for many years however, one day they turned our service off and allowed another company to "take" or "port" our phone number without our consent. We went as far as calling their 8 different phone numbers, emailing 3 different departments within their organization, and chatting with someone via their chat service. Until today, this issue is still not resolved. My elderly family members are very emotionally disturbed over this issue. Many family still hold dear the value of having a home phone number.
