After reviewing monthly fees with the employees though we decided to check another nearby place before committing to switching to Cricket. The staff was helpful and not pushy to make us decide, which was refreshing. New or used phones are able to be used if you bring in your own phone, or they can sell you a phone. The store is clean and looks nice inside.

I went to store and restored service to my phone and that is when i found out I did not have the plan and price quoted but one that was $44 a month more. After 2 more weeks and 3 hours on phone and 3 times promising the change was a mistake and would be fixed, Nothing was ever done. I called and demanded to know exactly what was being done. Told nothing and I could pay the extra $44 or just leave. I left and the sales tax collected would be refunded as I never received a phone. The internet add said I had a month to try and cancel. I just had $70 deducted from my checking for my 3 weeks of service and never received the sales tax back (also about $70). I would say never do on line and only in store as all I got was lies but the store people are honest and there to help.
