The T mobile store in Riverview is good and I would trust them. Unfortunately i did my order online at night as I was busy. I was promised me a new phone plan and promotion. The new phone got lost is shipment but unfortunately my service was transferred to new phone which was lost. I went to store and restored service to my phone and that is when i found out I did not have the plan and price quoted but one that was $44 a month more. After 2 more weeks and 3 hours on phone and 3 times promising the change was a mistake and would be fixed, Nothing was ever done. I called and demanded to know exactly what was being done. Told nothing and I could pay the extra $44 or just leave. I left and the sales tax collected would be refunded as I never received a phone. The internet add said I had a month to try and cancel. I just had $70 deducted from my checking for my 3 weeks of service and never received the sales tax back (also about $70). I would say never do on line and only in store as all I got was lies but the store people are honest and there to help. read more

Horrible customer service! Not a real T-Mobile they don't follow the same policies and procedures refused to replace my screen protector even though I purchased my screen protector there and have insurance. Told me the manager said not to do it. I need to fill out a form and wait 7-10 days for a replacement. Called T-Mobile corporate and they apologized and talked to rep on the phone rep lied and said they have non in stock. Don't recommend this store! The employees in this store straight out and LIE!! The salesperson told me a case and extra memory card came with my new phone as a package. Which was a LIE!! I saw the charges on my next bill and had to fight for over a month to get it corrected. This is the worst store and the employees there will RIP you off! My husband and I just spent 10 minutes inside looking at phones without any of the 3 employees even bothering to acknowledging us. Wow.

Bad customer service, and I had to call myself to get my service transferred over,I was charged for 2 lines,if I didn't go to the mall to see why my plan was so high I sti would have been paying for 2 lines,they don't care about customer service at the big bend and 301 location, all they want is to sell the phone and get you out asap.i won't go back there again ever. read more

I really wish I could give 0 stars! Went to the store and waited over 30 minutes for service only to be treated as if I was invisible. When I finally spoke up and advised the sales associates she had assisted two people that came in after me and the customer also told her she did not even attempt to apologize or assist instead she said she will see if someone in the back can assist me. The person who came from the back also was rude and made no attempt to acknowledge me. Needless to say I walked out without being serviced and contacted their Corporate office. The Corporate office was able to waive my shipping charges on the phones I brought and also waived the activation fees for two additional lines I added to my existing plan. So disappointed in T-Mobile! I've been a customer for 15 yrs. Went in to consider the new offer buy one Galaxy Note 10 get one free. There's a catch!! You have to upgrade your plan to get the offer. Again, so disappointed in T-Mobile. I'm satisfied with the plan I'm on but I can't get it unless I upgrade. So they get their money one way or the other! read more

T-Mobile is the worst service I've ever had. This store has no clue what they are doing the they sold me an Adroid phone and I was extremely displeased with it. So, I tried to return the phone and not a single person knew how to return it; including coporate. If anyone is thinking about switching over to T-Mobile for any reason seriously good luck!!! I'm very disappointed with tmobile tonight because I purchased some Samsung earbuds March 13 and was not happy. Due to the stay at home Covid 19 order and personal issues i wasn't able to leave my house until today. I went to Store 4823 the Asst Mgr Alyssa agreed to refund my almost 60 day purchase as long as I was purchasing something else. I proceeded to purchase a iPhone 11, iphone watch series 5, otterbox and case for the watch. Everything was rung up and I asked when are crediting the Samsung earbuds, they said they were doing it as a separate return to my original card I used Low and behold after I paid for my entire new purchase all of a sudden the credit for the earbuds was unavailable. I cancelled my entire order because it was the principle of deceit. I then had to leave the store without my refund of purchases from tonight because they said they can't process my refund today. I'm so livid. How dare tmobile treat people like this. After I risked my health being in the presence of the Asst Mgr and sales person not even wearing a mask. I'm outraged and will continue to post this until I get a resolution read more

I am very displeased with this store. Employees do not know what they are doing. Been there four times and still problem not resolved. Beware managers lie and deceive you. I was happy with my old phone. A visiting manager told me that it was outdated and I needed an upgrade. Almost had it paid off. He told me that due to me having insurance I was entitled to a free upgrade. He said I was in luck that tbe phone he talked me into getting was free and so were the accessories which I told him I did not want. He insisted because it was all FREE. He had me sign papers and explained was all formality because tbey had to have proof of transaction and that a credit every month would show up on my bill making it FREE. To my surprise I got billed!!! I have been to the store three more times. Different manager each time. Told I needed to take it up with main corperate. Called and they saw thru their notes that I was to be credited but took two months then next month billed again. Today called to pay off other devises and was told that I was paying fot tbe phone and was only given free downpayment. I paid off the phone. Do not believe what they pitch. If any more problems will cancel T-Mobile all together. read more
