    Just returned from this location and had to change my review. I think this is the first time I've…read moreever had a not so pleasant interaction there.. I quickly stopped by to pickup a reward that Loren told me would be available today. Some older gentleman to my right asked if he could help me as I walked into the store. I told him the reason for my visit he said that that would be available NEXT Tuesday. Would not have been a big deal. Other than the fact that I was just given incorrect information. It was the tone in the attitude of this person and some female, who were sitting in a cluster of Tmobile workers in the back that had nothing to do with our conversation decided to chime in and told me that I "Could check the app". I guess she didn't realize that SHE was getting ready to get checked....therefore I subsequently told her that , "I came in because I was told that it was available today". She had nothing to do with what I was discussing with the other gentleman...but I guess if you don't have anything else to do with your time to sit back in the corner, giggling and BS-ing with your coworkers, you can chime in on conversations that DO NOT involve you! "Wrong person....wrong day! I guess someone needs a lesson minding their own damn business!

Go to any other t-mobile but this one, it will make you rethink your choice of service. wish i could tell you the name of the ignorant guy who was no help but nobody there wears a name tag. this t-mobile deserves to get shut down they don't even help their customers what's the point

    They did network and data cabling drops (cat5,cat6) and also repaired a bad fiber connection for us…read moreover 6 months ago. The prices were competitive and all the workers were on time and very polite. The quality has been very good and they called again a week after install to make sure our fiber was working and see if we had any issues or problems.I highly recommend them. Yelp needs to add more categories because there is a lack of categories for network/data cabling, fiber optic, voip (voice over ip), paging/intercom systems,security camera installation- all of which this company does.

    The T mobile store in Riverview is good and I would trust them. Unfortunately i did my order…read moreonline at night as I was busy. I was promised me a new phone plan and promotion. The new phone got lost is shipment but unfortunately my service was transferred to new phone which was lost. I went to store and restored service to my phone and that is when i found out I did not have the plan and price quoted but one that was $44 a month more. After 2 more weeks and 3 hours on phone and 3 times promising the change was a mistake and would be fixed, Nothing was ever done. I called and demanded to know exactly what was being done. Told nothing and I could pay the extra $44 or just leave. I left and the sales tax collected would be refunded as I never received a phone. The internet add said I had a month to try and cancel. I just had $70 deducted from my checking for my 3 weeks of service and never received the sales tax back (also about $70). I would say never do on line and only in store as all I got was lies but the store people are honest and there to help.

Their excellent customer service changed my entire perspective. - If you're ever in Riverview off Big Bend Road, I highly recommend Amanda and DeVaughn for upgrades, billing questions, and anything else you need. Additional notes: - DeVaughn carried himself with the poise and knowledge of a manager, which impressed me--especially since he isn't one, according to the store.
