I called T Mobile numerous times and still my service in very mint. My son has Version and has no problems here. With T Mobile tech support telling me they only have 3 towers and one has been down for who knows how long, saying this is a challenging area for them. As I see my service connections continue to be poor. I would not recommend this company for anything here. I am very frustrated with this service. I even got SAT connected with them , they telling me this will resolve my connectivity. Guess what maybe a little but not good enough to say yah it did. Still inconsistent and slow. SHAME ON YOU T-Mobile for deceiving me and saying you have the best coverage all over the USA when i signed up with you.

Alas, my snafu landed me a visit to this T-Mobile store. Despite being midday on a Monday, I barely had to wait. I was assisted by Ellis, who was excellent. He walked me through the process of resetting my old phone and was diligent to make sure that I received all of the verification paperwork that I needed for my records. Though I never love visiting T-Mobile stores, this was a great experience and Ellis was extremely great to deal with. If needed, I will be back!

Yet when I go to any other location the workers will instantly help and get me taken care of. During the process, Michael insisted I qualified for two "free" screen protectors and two "free" cases. Having worked for T-Mobile in the past, I know "free" is rarely a reality in-store, so I specifically asked him to confirm multiple times if these were actually free. He looked me in the eye and said yes. When I logged into my account later, I found that I am being financed for every single "free" accessory I walked out with. Being misled just so a rep can hit their sales bucket is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I called and spoke to the Team Lead, Liliana, who was completely dismissive. Her only solution was for me to drive back to the store to return them, showing zero accountability for the fact that her rep lied to a customer. I don't live near this location; I was there specifically to buy phones, not to be finessed. Bottom line: Michael is friendly, but do not take him at his word. Check your EIP agreement before you sign anything at this location.

I was told that…read moreupgrades must be completed through the mobile app. While the representative was courteous and apologized for the inconvenience, there was no effort made to guide me through the process or demonstrate how to use the app. If customers are required to handle everything digitally, it would be helpful for in-store staff to at least provide hands-on support when someone takes the time to come in. Otherwise, it leaves you wondering what role the physical store serves. I hope management considers empowering their team to offer more direct assistance, as strong customer service is what sets great companies apart.

She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. Now when I call them they say they are just completing repairs and it will be up to my normal speeds within the day. I'm getting 4 to 6 Mbps. They've obviously outsold their capacity, and they obviously don't care. Right now there are no good internet services in Phoenix. So I'm stuck. Just as soon as there is one I'll end all services with this company, including my phone. I hate liars.
