I work as a foreperson for a land baroness out in the desert. We tried frontier which was a failure, then someone bragged about hugesnet being so great because they had 5G and then they in turn assured us that we needed their more expensive business class, and to make an extremely long and boring story less, as in "less being more" giggles, it became a tedious and dismal failure!! Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! I give this service and John Aliso two thumbs up, and he certainly has my vote!!!

    The manager Mika and owners are scammers beware when going into this location. I would not suggest…read moreit at all. We went into get a plan for a tablet and Internet box we brought in our iPad after asking her if that would work and she said yes. when we got there She set us up with the phone plan with the iPad. Two days later we were notified that it was going to be shut off because it "wasn't a phone" she knew that it wasn't going to work but still set up the plan as if it was a phone and customer service notified her that it showed in the system as an iPad. so we had no choice but to return the Internet box and lost out on100$ because she said it wasn't refundable since we didn't come in the same day to return it but never had any intention of returning it?! Wasted hours speaking to customer service who agreed that them not refunding me was UNJUSTIFIED and they repeatedly apologized but the owners DID NOT care and NEVER gave me my money back for the services I COULDNT USE. Complete finesse.

    the worst customer service! do not shop here! the sales-girl told me since i was upgrading that my…read morephone would be free. then she plugged in all of my info, transferred my data and then charged me over $110 dollars! i got home and discovered the phone didn't even come with the main charger unit. i went back the next day to return the phone and the same sales-girl and her manager refused a full refund. they stated i'd have to pay for service fees. i explained i couldn't use the phone without the charger piece and i shouldn't incur service fees for a phone i didn't use, however they refused. as of now, i have contacted customer service, my bank, and the chief operating officer of metro and still haven't received a resolution! at this point i am willing to make this a legal matter out of principal. no one should be treated this unfairly!
