The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. The woman helping me rudely told me no and that I would just have to "figure it out." I knew that wasn't true because someone else on my phone plan was able to receive a labeled box from their T-Mobile store in a different state. I then asked the associate if she recommended going to a different store to try elsewhere. She shut me down, stating that their systems are all the same. Well guess what...she was wrong! I went to the store on Marron Rd where the associates were kind and promptly helped figure out the situation, providing me with a labeled box and walking me through the process.
