It's an older system, so finding someone who will service it is pretty difficult. I found FYI Telecommunications on Yelp and all I can say is "WOW!" We could not be happier with their service. From the moment Rachel answered the phone, she was understanding, friendly, and QUICK to get us help. I called them Wednesday morning and by 12:30pm, Fred and Steve were at our office getting things going for us. They were also understanding, friendly, and QUICK in getting us up and running. We will be referring any of our colleagues to FYI Telecommunications and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I would highly recommend FYI Telecommunications if you need quality telecomm support.

He even shooed her out of the store but still insisted to keep the case and offered her another case that she would have to pay for instead. I went back and asked them to print the original receipt so we could verify the charge. Somehow, these dumbasses took 5-10+ minutes to print a receipt from ONE WEEK AGO because they supposedly had to ask a boss who wasn't even there. The printer was literally right behind them. Eventually, they gave us the $40 in cash, but did not properly process the return and refused to provide either the original receipt or a return receipt. Extremely shady, rude, stinky, and unprofessional.

I sat in the parking lot and spent an hour on the phone with a representative on the phone. I have tried to close our account since 3/6/26. I have noted dates, times and representative names for each call. Each representative assured me that our account would be cleared up and we would not owe anything. We had service for 6 days. I returned 3 phones and not only did the salesman lie about their prices, but an employee stole one of the phones I returned and they have now sent a collection company after us.
