Went to Loyalty Pawn this Sunday and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the storefront was nice and clean. Had to buzzed in, which was confusing and unsettling. The good news is that everything once inside the door was great. I was there to find a guitar, and they had a decent selection of not only guitars but other nice musical instruments as well. Almost went home with a nice drum set as well Found a Fender Stratocaster that was perfect. I had great customer service the entire way through. I got a solid deal on the guitar and an amp. They threw in a few small pieces, which I needed since it's been so long since I have played and I appreciated them putting those little extras into the deal and not trying to nickel and dime me the entire time. Actually, during the hour there with the sales rep was easy going, didn't put any unnecessary sales pressure,. The sales rep was truly helpful and gave straightforward answers and help when I asked him any questions. I would recommend that anyone looking for a less costly option to purchasing new goods check out Loyalty Pawn. Great job and thank you for selling me my cool ass music maker. hands down shadiest and most unprofessional store in Northern California and tell you why. If you haven't noticed you could tell a lot about a store when you just converse eight with people that run the store also all you have to do is maybe have one or two experiences. If you know anything about pawn stores which I don't really but I'm gonna just say one thing I've had an instance where I got black balled from this pawn shop called loyalty pawn off El Camino for supposedly trying to pawn or sell something that was either reported stolen or lost or something in between because there was never an explanation, there was never a definitive answer as to why I couldn't use this services. I honestly don't and I don't plan on any of my things soon but it is a excellent way to provide a service for people who don't have money at the time or just are hoping to find a specific random tool or item that you just can't find anywhere else for that kind of price. I am going to just say one last thing because that's what yelps for and people need to know that there's a reason this has a dark cloud over it. I just suggest not finding out what is so with being don't ever go there unless you want something to possibly happen to your identity like mine just want to be treated like someone who essentially doesn't deserve any kind of professionalism. Sacramento is the greatest city in America and don't dream is a real thing even if everybody and they're freaking who doesn't want you to have it. Freedom is in free God is great and conflict will always be necessary because there's always going to be truly genuine people and truly evil people. all I know is I'm going through my own American dream situation and let me just say there definitely isn't a on how to achieve that dream, but that's the beauty about in it. Last but not least don't believe everything you hear on the Internet. I'm just glad I'm from the greatest F ing country on Earth with the greatest military, government and people. anyone who and actually believes in prayer higher power or just simply thinking for so long that stuff happens I'm asking you to think pray ask do whatever for me because I'm supposed to be in the United States Navy right now but there have been some issues and problems very much out of my control some were in my control as far as having a past and making mistakes as a kid but now have been corrected in a court, as well as personal situations that have been properly addressed and handled given the circumstance. there is a lot more I could say and a lot more that I probably should say to. Vouch for myself and shine a light on the fact that there is nobody more qualified mentally physically emotionally spiritually and just in general to be a United States service member than I am and that is something I can guarantee but it's not something that I can just snap my fingers and make happen as much as tried or as much as I've tried to accomplish all at once, but just keep getting reminded that I have to always be patient when it comes to anything that is important and serious and just worthwhile. I got a hell of a story but you know it at the end of the day it doesn't really matter. People are gonna make up stuff about you if they don't like you people are gonna vote for you if they do like you and all the drama in between. Got a series S to play college football 25 immediately the controller was broke and the hdmi port on the console was janky and I had to wiggle the hdmi cord to get it to work. I just wanted to play the game so I figured it would be alright. Until the console flat out just stopped working. Purchased a gaming PC and it doesn't work. When you go play a game it restarts. I purchased last month for my sons Christmas gift so I didn't get use out of it for their 3 day money back and now I'm shit out of luck after talking to the manager. Definitely do not recommend buying any electronics from this company. I am most definitely in their system and I have bought a lot of things this is the most expensive thing I've purchased from them at 538 dollars. My wife & I were made comfortable in both locations and the Roseville location Danni ( female) was professional, nice and very knowledgeable, 5 star staffer Ms Danni is! Downtown location in Sacramento my wife did business there, in a sketchy area of Sacramento and eyes open, head on a swivel type environment. Wifey got the best pricing on her LV bags and hand purses. The day to day staff are amazing, while management hides in the back or at the counter and never says a word to you, that I don't care for but the staff cancels that annoying feeling as that's on them but still found a nice tactical military grade knife n sheath, to strap on my belt, with other forms of force multipliers at my ready when out off grid at the cabin hanging out with my sons and brother and whoever else might be in our circle of adventures. Great staff , great business model with 3-4 locations throughout Sacramento/ placer county ( I believe Rosevile is Placer ) but whatever, I'd recommend them and have. Family owned Mom & Pop stores need our support over big box or corporate owned entities, if that tactical hunters knife was 20$ less at a corporate store, I'd pass and support Mom & Pop stores, as we do and have done long before SeeV19 was fed to us and ran out the middle class straight out of business with intent. I arrived on January 3rd to royalty pawn on El Camino and purchased a drone with a cracked casing That I was not aware of until after purchase. When I noticed that they still guaranteed me it would work so I brought it home on knowingly that it was also missing any wires to be able to make it brought it back they refused to supply the wires Refuse the return And would not honor an extended warranty in order to give me time to order the cord that it should have came with If anybody is reading this I would strongly recommend no longer shopping at loyalty pond or capital city since they are the same Instead there is a place called carvello's loans where they give you better prices actually honor their warranties and guarantees and are willing to work with everybody.. I pawned something that's very valuable to me in a moment of need. I had just lost my home in a disaster and needed money for a hotel room for my family. I had all but forgotten about the pawn until I was cleaning out my wallet and found the slip with just days left to retrieve the item. I needed extra time to pick up the item. Twice. I was terrified that I was going to lose this item. Cody was more than gracious with extending the timeframe for me. When I went in to pay on the item I was in and out within 5 minutes. My name is Shaunetta Ive done business with this company for over 20 years. I am very disappointed with this establishment. I had my aunt pawn my earrings because my Id had expired this was in 2016. On Sept 22 2017 she was in a tragic car accident she was killed along with my cousin on his 15th birthday the were headed to Thunder Valley to celebrate. She didn't have her Id with her so she turned around to go back home and was hit by a tow truck going full speed she died instantly. I went into the pawn shop and spoke to Cody about this he said I would have to have the next of kin come in with the death certificate to get the earrings however she lives in Las Vegas. So my next option was to let the item fall out of pawn and buy them back. I kept in contact with Cody this whole time he promised me he would call me when the earring were available I never got a call. My aunt has been deceased for over a year we are now going into 2019.
