I would advise others to do what I have and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as it…read moreseems fake metals, fake stones, poor construction, and unsatisfactory results with customer service are the norm here. I was also asked via my personal email to remove or revise my review (a direct violation of Yelps guidelines), which I will not be doing and I do not think others should at their request either. That being said, the link to file a complaint is here https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint If you had fake metals or stones I would file a complaint here https://www.sacda.org/in-the-courtroom/consumer-environmental-protection/consumer-unit/consumer-fraud-complaint-form/ Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Milestonz Jewelers based on my experience with my wedding band. My husband purchased the ring here, and although I rarely wear it due to my line of work, I have now lost THREE diamonds from the band in approximately two years. The first diamond fell out while another jeweler was cleaning the ring. During the cleaning, they noticed multiple issues with the ring's construction and warned that the design could cause more diamonds to fall out. Unfortunately, they were right. The second diamond later fell out on its own. My husband took the ring in to have that diamond replaced. Just THREE WEEKS after the replacement, I lost a third diamond. After having it repaired by their own jeweler you would think any design flaws would have also been fixed, but instead I once again was given a ring that would lose another diamond just a few short weeks later. Why would I want to have them repair it again when they have already proven to not be competent? At this point, I have no confidence in the construction or durability of this ring. I contacted Milestonz and spoke with Yesenia, who told me there was no buyback option, but that I could trade the ring toward another piece of jewelry. After losing three diamonds from a ring I rarely wear, I am not interested in trading it in for another piece from the same company. I am not asking for a full-price refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted Milestonz to buy the ring back for a reasonable amount so I can put money towards purchasing a wedding band I can actually trust from somewhere that isn't plagued by 1 star reviews. Instead I'll be having it repaired, selling it elsewhere and taking a major hit on what was spent on it. At this point I don't even care I just want to never deal with this place ever again. Losing one diamond would be disappointing. Losing three diamonds--especially after another jeweler identified construction concerns and warned that more could fall out--is unacceptable to me. I would strongly recommend carefully considering the construction, integrity of stones, and durability of any jewelry purchased here.

This visit really could have been better, especially considering how much my friend, who is on the…read moreautism spectrum, usually loves visiting both this particular location and the sister branch over in Reno. During our visit back in June 2026, he was particularly excited because he wanted to pick out the right leather to handcraft a custom wallet for his dad for Father's Day. When we first walked through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by the staff on duty, and they did seem genuinely impressed by the gorgeous, handmade green leather bookbag my friend brought in to show them from his recent personal projects. He really appreciated that initial positive reinforcement, and it set a great tone for our visit, even though the rest of the customer service experience unfortunately left a great deal to be desired and quickly went downhill. We ended up waiting over an entire hour just to get basic assistance finding specific items on the floor, and the online sales we had planned to take advantage of were unexpectedly deemed completely unavailable for in-person purchases without any clear explanation. The lady at the front desk was helping us at first, but once it became clear that the desired items were not in the store and needed to be ordered, she abruptly left and returned to her computer. Although a second coworker attempted to step in and assist, his demeanor quickly shifted as he became visibly annoyed, short, and condescending with my friend. To make the interaction even more uncomfortable and unprofessional, the employee was wearing leather fetish cuffs as accessories while helping customers on the sales floor. At one point, he even raised his voice to snap, "I already told you. This is the one you need to use." The environment became so palpably uncomfortable and tense for everyone in the room that the female associate clearly felt the need to intervene, making an excuse about checking something on the computer to pull her coworker away while muttering under her breath, "I wanted to save you from that." In total, we were stuck in the shop for a good three hours just trying to get basic guidance and materials for his project. To make matters worse, the surrounding area felt incredibly sketchy; the nearby smoke shop had riff-raff hanging out in the parking lot actively trying to score drugs in broad daylight right in front of the shop. Seeing that kind of activity happening right out in the open with families around made the entire visit feel completely unsafe from start to finish. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Note to management: Welcoming crafters requires patience, professionalism, and basic situational awareness. Seeing an employee lose their temper with a neurodivergent customer--while wearing fetish gear on the sales floor--is unacceptable. Management urgently needs to retrain staff on de-escalation, enforce appropriate dress standards, and address customer safety.
