I had my wedding band and engagement ring resized down and fuzed here. They took the time to get it sized correctly, especially that my fingers are prone to swelling. They even tightened up the prongs to ensure the diamonds were secure. I appreciate their help and quick turn around. Very nice team. I was even able to get my necklace chain fixed too, same day. Great prices, good people. I'd highly recommend them. read more

Five stars all around! Super friendly, got great vibes right away. After doing some research and going to a few local shops this one had the BEST price to sell the jewelry I inherited. They are honest and efficient. The shop is clean and very professional. I would highly recommend going here to sell your gold and silver read more

Best place to sell your gold and silver....and best price on jewelry. Not like Ralph's jewelry, where they throw 2500-3500 over spot price on a 14k 39g rope chain. Go to both shops and compare the prices for buying and selling from any shop to this one.. you'll see.. action speaks louder than words read more

My fiancée and I built my dream ring here! Best place in town and VERY reasonable. We originally fell in love with a design at a big box store but I'm so happy we went with Ice Vault they were able to take the same design as an inspiration and make it better! First time going there we didn't feel pressured at all and they respected our budget. Ed built a gorgeous and sturdy ring. I'm obsessed. The only thing I would have had different was the communication of Ed. We will be back for the wedding bands once we are closer to the date! I recommend them to everyone I talk to about jewelry. 10/10 read more

In search of a reputable gold/silver dealer, I called and spoke with Elijah regarding a few items. Consistent with other Yelp reviews, my experience was 5 star as well. When I arrived, I was greeted and even though Elijah wasn't available, the gentlemen who did provide assistance were friendly, professional and very helpful with my questions. From this experience, I'm very comfortable with recommending the Ice Vault and look forward to repeat visits. Thank you. read more

Shout Out to Ice Vault and all the employees that assisted me!!!. After researching the internet, and calling multiple gold buyers around the Sacramento area, Ice Vault gave me the most value for my 10k and 14k scrap gold I had, I was very pleased with the value I got when comparing it to what other gold buyer shops offered in my area offered me. Unaware this was a jewerly shop, and not just a coin and gold buyers location like other places, to my SURPRISE Ice vault has many different types of services they provide, such as custom grills (gold teeth), custom jewelry and Rolex watches. FurthermoreInside the jewerly shop is really clean and welcoming environment. I was greeted when I stepped foot into the door and offered the most money for my gold. I originally came to this location to sell my jewelry, but now Ice Vault has a Repeated customer. I've purchased 2 gold pendants there so far and you can see them in my post. I always get compliments when I wear them. Needless to say, Ice Vault is one of a very few if not the only honest Jewerly business's that are left in the Sacramento area. The owner also ask me "Are You Happy?" LOL and of course Im happy with the extra money I wasn't gonna receive for selling my gold elseThey make sure you are a happy customer before leaving. Ice Vault has EARNED my respect and trust which isn't easy from an individual like myself to give out. It's always a treat when the real meet! read more

Fairly new to the area, I stumbled upon Ice Vault by accident--and I'm so glad I did. A gentleman came outside, politely asked if I needed help, and invited me in when I mentioned I needed a necklace repaired. The shop was clean, smelled pleasant, and the customer service was genuinely refreshing. As a woman, I'm often cautious about being taken advantage of in these situations, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The price was fair, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. Highly recommend Ice Vault, ladies -- a true gem of a find! read more

Came in before closing to get my bracelet fixed. They did it quickly in about 10 min before they closed. I realized after that it was too big and connected to the wrong hook. I brought it back in and showed them how it should be and they fixed it quickly and even measured it to take some off so it would fit better. Thank you so much! My new go to spot. I would not go here. they are one of the top rated on yelp, and, I drove pretty far, because I believed the reviews . yet they were giving the lowest price. I had 3 pieces , 14 karats a piece , and a few other pieces worth more. I feel they are unprofessional in their manners. they come across, I can't think of another word for it ,other than, very stuck up. I also believe they were taking advantage because I am a woman. I went to another place and they gave me 3 times the price they were going for. Hope this review helps so nobody else waste their time or get taken advantage of . read more

They were Super quick and smooth with my jewelry repair and it was Very affordable as well!

This establishment does exceptional work. They offered same day service that other businesses would take days if not a whole week to complete. I had them make two Grillz for me and neither of them fit. I got a refund and got the heck out of there. I don't trust them at all. They doesn't care about customer service. Came in last week to buy my girlfriend some earrings. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. Narek is the man if you have any jewelry questions. But watch out for Edo. Went in to get some grills for 2 of my teeth, not anything too crazy but customer service was great, environment is sleek and professional, got me in right away, did the molds, took about 3 weeks which seemed a bit long for it to be done not gonna lie considering it's just 2 teeth but I wasn't bothered because I was in no rush. They were probably busy with prior customers so I understand. Pricing is good for what I got and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Definitely check em out they won't disappoint. read more

Went to turn in some scrap silver and gold on Mothers Day. They said open till 4. I rolled in at 3:45 and they were there. True to their word! The guy who helped me was so amazing!! Wish I could remember his name... anyhow what a great guy! He was friendly and helpful. He didn't talk down to me when some of the stuff wasn't what I thought it was and he gave me some tips on what to look for in the future. He went through each piece right in front of me.
