I waited in line about 20 minutes and watched the guys working behind the counters with customers. I commend them for their patience and professionalism. I watched 6 customers interactions with selling there property. All of them were so extremely rude to the employees because they thought they should get a ton more for their property. Hello people they are in business to make money as well. If you want what you paid for it try and sell it yourself but good luck it's not going to happen. Finally my turn to be helped. I came looking for beats headphones and ear buds. They didn't have the buds but I got an awesome pair of wireless beats that retail new for 180.00 and I paid $80 our the door and these are like brand new!!! The man helping me showed me how they work, how to charge them and even pulled out his own cell phone and showed me how to sync it to a cell phone. I listened to music and they sounded great. So I'm extremely happy. He also showed me two Louis Vuitton purses. One thing I do know is my purses and these purses were overpriced for there condition but that's ok I will keep looking. I wish I could remember the mans name who helped me because he was extremely helpful and professional. Most people who have read my reviews know I'm a single mama of 3 kiddos and with Christmas around the corner this is always how I shop. I will definitely be back to this location because I'm always on the lookout for awesome deals. Why buy new when you can buy like new for half the cost and nobody can tell they are used. He only went off weight and what I told him the Karats I thought it was. He didn't want to test it or do anything else since he wasn't buying. James, the old man, came over and started looking at them. After a few minutes, he was done and asked how much I wanted to sell the first and most expensive coin for. I told him $350 which is well below the price range that this particular coin is selling for on Ebay and other coin exchange sites. When I told him that, he threw up his hands, barked "I'm not interested" and walked away. I was confused and after a second I got his attention again and asked if he had another price in mind. He came back, looked at the Greysheet and offered $210. I of course said no, so he grumbled and started complaining about how he has to deal with this every single day (which is job....) and then refused to quote the rest. I told him thank you for looking at the coins and he didn't say anything back. The next day I listed the coin on eBay and it sold within hours for $390. I am very disappointed. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars here buying silver and various coins. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to purchase or sell.
