Went to The Gold Digger for an appraisal of a 100 year old diamond ring. Regina and Mark gave me the best offer of 3 stores I had gone to. Regina's customer service was excellent. Unlike the other 2 stores they also gave me a value of the gold ring, whereas, the other 2 stores were only interested in the size of the diamond. My friend happened to be busy this day and asked me to sell the ring while they completed their errands. We had also just got the ring appraised the day before for twice the amount offered to my friend from The Gold Digger. Unfortunately, I was offered under $200 dollars for the same ring when I presented the ring alone. After I explained to her what my visit was for she proceeded to evaluate my jewelry. She was very thorough, and took her time mesuring and weighing everything. When she was finished, she gave me all the particulars of what my items were worth and what they could give me for it. Although what I had was worth less than I thought, she took the time to explain what the break down was and educated me on what would be best for me.
