A+ craftsmanship, service, and pricing. My dear friend got me a gemstone pendant that ended up in the washer and dryer. The setting unfortunately did not survive! My husband FOUND the gemstone in the dryer (bless his heart!). I was in the Florin area one day and inquired about getting the setting done redone. I was given a vague quote, a price that was well below any big box jeweler stores that I had asked for quotes at. I found a picture online of the setting that I wanted, told them which quality of gold that I wanted, and placed a down payment. It took about 3 weeks to get done and I am SO happy. The setting is much more sturdy, and the pendant came to me well polished and just perfect. This is a family run business, I recommend anybody wanting to have personalized jewelry made to come here! read more

I had a horrible experience! refund policy which states "STORE CREDIT ONLY! is terrible. i bought a few things there and when I went to return one of them in the time allotted as I had asked them and told him I probably would do that man tried to charge me a rental fee! NOPE, John handed it over to a gentleman and said well fix this rye now no worries. ( REMEMBER IM HERE AFTER HOURS) he didn't have to do that but yet he did. Just with the gesture of him helping me on the spot I wanted to spend some money with them. He didn't even charge me for my repair. My nephew was with me so we ended up getting him a chain with a Letter J pendant. We had our eyes on this baby Buddha as well and of course John being the Man that he is gave us a great deal on the piece. As someone spending their hard earned money with a business it feels extremely good handing over your money and wanting to come back to support the business when you get GREAT SERVICE!
