I had to replace my iPhone with a newer, but not brand new model which I purchased at a wonderful store in Carmichael. They were going to transfer all my info onto the new phone, but they had to stop because the SIM wasn't compatible from my old phone so I had to go back to T-Mobile to get that taken care of. I'm in my 70s so not as techy as I used to be. I didn't have to wait and I sat down at the desk with the T-Mobile employee. He looked me up and he thanked me for being a longtime customer. I think it's been about 14 years. And he said because of your loyalty, I've got lots of goodies for you. Anyway, I told him I wanted to get the stuff transferred. I was hoping he could help me. But all he did was set up the phone. Make sure it rang called me just to test it and then proceeded to show me how to do it myself. As for the goodies that was BS also. All he wanted me to do was open up the credit card with T-Mobile he wouldn't stop trying to sell it to me. Finally he texted me a link and said well you can do this at home. It was absolutely minimal service and it wasn't like he was busy there was no one waiting in line. He could've spent more time but he decided not to. I used to come to this one exclusively, but it looks like they're customer service which used to be wonderful really went downhill. Sad shop around try to find a better one because this one's not it right now. I ended up going to Best Buy geek squad for them to help transfer because I have an account. read more

Nope. Crappy customer care. Waiting, nowhere to sit... Hate going in here, always. They make you wait and shuffle you off to another person if they don't have answers... Then if both don't have answers they kinda gang up on you and make you feel like an alien with legit phone and service problems. Just because we were not born with a phone in our hand and might not be 22 doesn't mean we don't need good customer care. We only stay with them because it's cheap. I came to this T-Mobile to separate my parents from my plan and get them in their own. For context my parents are deaf. The process through the customer service phone line was very mentally taxing to say the least as they have not experienced this as much apparently. But I was only able to get through it as smoothly as I did with the help of 3 amazing staff members. Shout out to Kyle, Anna, and Kris. Without their help, the process would have been so much more difficult and they helped verify my situation in store thru the phone lines. And gave my situation a lot of sympathy and understanding. After a really bad 30 minute experience with the T-Mobile down the street in the sunrise mall, I decided to go this T-Mobile. The experience was night and day. The employees at this T-Mobile made purchasing a phone quick and easy. I was upfront and made sure I said I don't wanna make any changes to my plan and they listened to that. Shahyar helped me purchase my iPhone 15 pro max and he did a great job helping me understand the down payment, how the monthly plan will change, and how to set up the phone. I am beyond thankful for my experience at this store! read more

Save yourself time and a headache. Came here to get the 3rd line free deal, they activated the line, was asked supposed to order the phone that they didn't have in stock and then was told to go pick up the phone elsewhere instead, by the time the dust settled. The only thing that happened was they got the activation, that's it. These punks will leave you to go figure it out yourself. They will do anything to get an activation/ commission, I mean look the reviews here. Go to a corporate store, don't ever deal with these "dealers", they are all shady and don't really care about you. Hope this helps someone decided not to come to this pos store. read more

This T-Mobile store knows what customer service is all about. Personal attention to customers, knowledgeable staff. I had visited another TMobile store closer to my house twice, and was ready to look for another provider, after being a loyal customer ( sprint first) for 20+ years. The staff at the other store (Date Ave) couldn't be bothered to assist me. The experience at this store totally the opposite. I would like to mention Rodney the Retail Manager and especially Kris G, the Associate Manager. I was having data transferred so I was able to watch how they treated their other customers. 2nd time here. You need more employees. The first time we left after 30 minutes of being ignored. Today we were greeted and checked in after about 20 minutes. We were returning 2 watches we bought online (because we also upgraded online) and were surprised when the manager told us about the restocking fee; "$20, $40, maybe $70" So you pay money if you don't like a product? Anyway, that didn't happen. The manager wasn't listening to what I was saying and that we had the watches mailed to us. He obviously wasn't listening because he had a cocky attitude when he replied, "You're turning these in to buy the same watches?" No, Linda. Listen... After about another 30 minutes Kory helped us and he was pleasant and clear. Watches returned taxes refunded, receipt given. Very helpful individual. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I came in at 6:30 pm with my four year old, expecting to ask a quick question and be on my way. That is, after getting nowhere with T-Mobile on the phone today. I didn't leave until 7:30. No one acknowledged me, but acknowledged each man that came in. Then when I asked if their was a line or if I needed an appointment after 30 minutes, I got a vague answer and the guy said "yeah it'll be a little while." There's no rhyme or reason to this store. A couple that walked in 15 minutes behind me got helped before me and was directed to be helped without acknowledging I was there before. My question? Took less than a minute to answer. 0/10 would recommend. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this was an awful and infuriating experience. read more

He was rushing to get through everything because it was his lunch time. Now because of him we have been having issues to get my husband phone number of 10 years back! Everett Lewis, the manager, charged at me, throwing his leg out to stop the bathroom door from closing , as I was exiting and kicked my hand and jammed my wrist on 10/4. I hurt so bad I cried instantly and held my hand/wrist. Instead of him caring about the way that I felt, he walked around and talked to people and tried to cover his tracks. When he did come to talk to me he was smirking and laughing and looking around. My husband told him to get an incident report started. He said that it didn't look like he barely touched me and he had two other people who felt the same way. I tried to talk with him, but he kept interrupting me and he didn't want to hear anything from me. I called and made an incident report to the company and nobody's done anything about it yet. I had to go to urgent care two different times, I've been off work for two weeks, today I am dealing with pain that radiates up my arm. I got a phone call from the company today and they try to offer me $250 to put on my account. I've been sent for physical therapy and this is how they wanted to make this go away. They told me that they've reprimanded Everett, and that I would not see him in the store, but I called today and he still works there! This is the way that these people treat their longtime customers! I'm not only in pain but hurt to know that anyone would treat someone in this careless way. read more

Phone pooped out near overnight so off to T-Mobile we do. A decades long Sprint customers (left T-Mobile many years ago), I was sad about the merger, to the point of considering exploring a new phone provider for my family and I. But we had an urgent issue with my device and needed to replace it and deal with a potential service move later. We arrived and was greeted by the manager (DJ), who answered a few questions and shared that someone would be with us shortly. Minutes later we met Serg, who facilitated our entire visit including the purchase of two devices, accessories, and most importantly, full transfer of information from old to new devices with no issues. Historically I'd get home and something didn't quite transfer, which meant a troubleshooting marathon call with customer service. Not this time, Serg handled it all to a T. Faith renewed in T-Mobile. My mom walked into this T-Mobile location and left having one of the worst experiences. She isn't the most tech savvy which usually warrants a bit of patience, but the person who "helped" her couldn't have been less helpful. He spoke to my mom in such a condescending way that she almost left in tears. She felt belittled which is completely unacceptable and not the way to treat any person. I understand it might be taxing having to help numerous people who have similar problems throughout the day, but regardless it is never an excuse to treat someone with disrespect. If i could drop a zero rating I would. Came in today to drop off my trade in as instructed by a text i received from Tmobile. No other customer, just 3 reps on thier phones. Asian guy "helped" us and he ask for my number & id. He looked up my phone then kept asking if I didn't get the label to ship it back. He also asked if i still had the old box for the phone. Well obviously why I'm here my guy. From the get go he appeared not to want to help or did he want to do any work. He printed me put two sheets, the instructions and the label and said to just go drop it off at ups and fedex. Anyway I didnt even try to fight it. We went back to the next nearest tmobile in Madison. Lady took my number, packed the phone in a bubble sleeve and printed the labels and said everything is all good. It was a breeze. Employee says be right with ya I wondered around the store for 15 minutes finally says can I get your name and number asked what was wrong with my phone I said the issue cleary he said ok be with you after these other folks. Then 2 hours later after I literally took a nap, because certain employees are chitchatting with someone who probably got him some commission good job on that extra 20 bucks dude. the employee finally tells me yeah we cant even help you yeah you need to make an appointment, bruh you couldn't have told me that first thing when I came in.
