I spent 3 hrs waiting for them to fix a problem with my phone. they never did get it fixed. they " have never seen this problem before ". lie #1. no warranty on the phone. it had a 14 day warranty. lie #2. I had to take it to a phone repair store. nope! lie #3. I had to pay a restocking fee. nice try lol. lie #4. I didn't buy the phone at that store.untill the computer said I did. There we met Assistant Manager Andre who patiently listened to our short rant about the idiots at the other store and promptly gave us excellent service!
