From the first phone call, I could tell they genuinely cared about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. They were always responsive, showed up when they said they would, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They upgraded my electrical panel, rewired parts of the house, installed outdoor electrical, upgraded all of my switches, and installed a Tesla Wall Connector. Everything was fully permitted and done the right way. No shortcuts, no surprises, and no pressure. What I appreciated most was how they treated me. They took the time to answer my questions, explain things in a way I could understand, and make sure I was comfortable with every decision. As a homeowner, that meant a lot. I always felt heard, respected, and taken care of. It's not often you find a contractor who combines great communication, quality workmanship, and honesty. Angel is a hardworking guy building a business the right way, and it shows. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants his customers to be happy. At the end of the project, I felt confident that everything was safe, done correctly, and built to last. If I ever need electrical work again, Pro Power Electric will be my first call. Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too). When I found a problem after they left (even if it's the same day in the area that they were working on), I would have had to pay a full service fee again.

THIS COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL!…read more Let me count the ways--- 1) the response time to my initial inquiry-- was on a weekend and they responded. I appreciated that. 2) they kept in touch via email/text reminding me about when the electricians would arrive. I REALLY appreciate that. 3)THEY ARRIVED ON TIME! You know most places don't. They did and I soooo appreciated it. 4) Michael and Joshua were so professional and soooo nice! They solved our issues in no time at all! They were a joy to have work on our electrical issues! 5) And since we have a really old house, they're gonna come back to fix a non-urgent , minor electrical issue with a heating unit. 6) I thought the price was fair, given the amount of work they did. My initial issue was a wired fire/CO alarm that kept beeping every minute even though there was no smoke or fire. It had been doing that for 5 days so I was very grateful they were able to come out. I also had a light fixture in the shower which needed replacing. They determined the alarm was old and needed to be replaced, which they did. And they replaced the light fixture in the bathroom. They are 100% my first call for ANY electrical needs! I always hate having to try new companies because you never know what you're gonna get. These guys are fabulous!
