I found Metal Innovations on Houzz and went to their factory/showroom. I was impressed with the huge display of stainless railings that Metal Innovations both manufactures and installs. Prior to going to Metal Innovations I had contacted somebody else. That person told me that he gets the parts for the railings at an out of State manufacturer. That person's price was 25% more than Metal Innovations. Metal Innovations prepared a detailed diagram and the finished product looks great. Isaac, the owner of Metal Innovations, is a very sincere and hardworking guy. He is personable and easy to talk to, giving me some terrific insight into the stainless steel railing business. I was happy for Isaac as he had just gotten married to the woman of his dreams and moved her and her two young daughters from Costa Rica to LA. Stainless steel is the way to go if you want a modern house. Metal Innovations offered railing styles with or without glass and I opted for steel only & no glass. I used Ron for stainless steel handrails in a beach house I am renovating in south Orange County. I am so very glad I found him and Metal Innovations! His response for a site visit, and getting out a proposal was great (a couple days for the visit, and a quote on the spot)! The time to fabricate and install was also good - less than two weeks. We hired Metal Innovations to design a new railing for our home. Working with Isaac and Ron was great! They took our initial ideas and reference photos, and turned them into a railing that's absolutely beautiful, in a sleek modern style. It's also exceptionally well-crafted, super sturdy and well-aligned despite the unevenness of the existing staircase. The design and fabrication process COULD have been a little faster (took about 8 weeks), though we were in no rush. But the actual installation (and removal of the old railing) only took one day, so it wasn't intrusive at all. I would definitely work with Metal Innovations again! read more

I can't speak highly enough about the quality and integrity of Metal Innovations. We strived for high end finishes after buying and completely gutting a 2,200 square foot townhouse. The railing was a big deal to us and we did considerable shopping around for the best quality and price. We wanted a high end contemporary look using low profile sleek stainless steel.
