The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. Could have been better…read more Staff was not very friendly, they just walked right pass you without looking at you or maybe a "Hello, welcome to Fashion Q" or "Can I help you with anything?" My wife says that it has always been like that. She used to come shop here years ago when she lived closer to the plaza. The place is clean and organized, they do have lots of clothes, shoes, and some accessories. Also, they do have fitting rooms. Prices are ok. The staff is actually constantly cleaning and spraying and disinfecting everything, as I was waiting for my wife and daughter sitting by the fitting room, one of the staff just shower the shoe stand in front of me with a lot of disinfectant, she did that about three times in 10 minutes. I started to get a huge headache so I had to step out and get some fresh air. Daughter and wife did find some nice dresses there!

Stuff are organized in a very clustered and crowded way. There's some good sales at least but it's mostly stuff that did not sell well or have been stained. I picked up a cute little tee, but unfortunately it had a blob of red mystery. Might as well throw that away because who knows what that red could be. Everything else is quite expensive for what you're getting. You can expect to pay $25 above for polyester. I would compare most of the stuff in this store to shein level. It's all just cheaply produced stuff sold at a premium price.

The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.
