This particular blouse I had over 15 years. Other than the elastic failing, the blouse was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, my long-standing tailor did not have the machine to do the elastic work and recommended Oscar's tailors. Oscar's Tailors is located on Mesa Drive in north west Austin. When you walk in, your first impression is that it looks like a tailor's shop. Osar's has beautiful tailored drapes with nicely crafted chords. The shop has a waiting area, dressing room for changing and of course, their work area for completing alterations. Oscar greeted me warmly and then asked what alternations were needed. I told him about the elastic on the wrist of my blouse failing. He told me how he could fix it and then measured my wrist. Finally, he gave me a pick up date for later in the week. When I picked up the blouse, I was pleased with the work.
