I contacted the business using the chat feature and the bot (an assumption) said to wait a minute to track someone down. After 5 minutes, I asked for a status update and received no response. After 10 minutes, a message popped up saying no one was available and to submit my contact details. The chat then was closed immediately, and I was unable to submit my information. I realize business is good for snow removal companies this year, but there's no excuse for ignoring a potential customer who has invested time contacting the business through its own channels. It's unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your time.

But when snow removal for a few inches that came overnight doesn't even begin until late in the afternoon the next day, that's a problem. Especially when there's no communication. I just worry that in their absence, somebody will slip and hurt themselves. And then it's the association's problem for not getting the snow cleared. With that, there is no snow right now. It's been a couple weeks since they've been here. For some reason, we have to keep sending asks for where they are. We get speedy responses, but it's getting to be a lot of work to be their customer.
