They also offered novel combinations, like coconut lychee and a pecan donut that had the most complex profile: sweet, smokey, with a slight funk. I've never tasted anything like it. The flavors strangely worked well together. The brown butter donut was the pièce de résistance. It was wonderfully sweet and salty, reminiscent of a butterscotch square. You heard me say it right, the VEGAN stuffed bagel. This was FIRE. Not more fire than their mooney sauce. I highly recommend doing the everything bagel on the outer part which will pair sooooo good with this stuffed bagel. The mooney sauce has me on a chokehold. What is it? Nothing more and nothing less than their super secret awesome sauce. If you're craving the classic bagel with cream cheese feel, you must order their little bagel tots that come with cream cheese and you dip them like little tots/fries. It's such a fun idea and is less messy than a typical BEC. The only real critique is that the bagel was a little doughy toward the end, but otherwise, very delicious!
