I'm a regular at Mercy at spend about $150 to $200 per month on cartridges. Every time I purchase them I'm told to bring them back if I have any issues with them. After about a year of buying them I finally had a problem where it was very difficult to draw right out of the package. I brought it back, they "tested" it and told me it worked fine and refused an exchange. I'm not sure what they thought I had to gain by trying to exchange a faulty, new, unused cartridge but they refused the exchange. Poor customer service considering all of the business they've received from me. They don't stand behind the products they sell and make you feel like you are trying to get over on them when you have a problem. Disappointing... read more

Update!!!(7/20/17): TL;DR -sold me a defective cartridge -recommended me a hybrid when i asked for a sativa -called in to ask if i could return -came in and all i got was attitude and zero help -organicann has a new customer!!! let me bring my review down to 1 star. If you would like the full story, look below. I gave them a fair 3/5 stars based on my initial visit, but have to drop it all the way down due to how they treated me and the situation. I purchased 3 cartridges, one was completely fine, however, one was defective and the other not what I had asked for(unopened). I actually called prior to going in about the 2 cartridges I wanted to return, and was told I "would be taken care of." I greeted the budtender (francine or francee). First i told her about the green dragon and she tried to reassure me its a sativa. She explained to me what a hybrid is, even though im perfectly aware. the manufacturer website (and the box it comes in) clearly states its a straight hybrid, not even sativa dominant. Then her response was "ive been working here a long time, i know based on my experience". Who should i believe the manufacturer, or this budtender who seems she doesnt want to help me? Since I didnt want to make an issue, and was polite as can be, I reluctantly said "ok im willing to try it". Then she tells me she needs to test the cartridge im having a problem with in the back, and comes back and says it worked fine. What a STRANGE return policy. First of all, im suppose to just take her word it worked? What if the cartridge is faulty and only works 50% of the time? I guess the customer's word means crap here. I even explained to her that when i try it, i get no vape and compare it to my other cartridges which i have no problem with. Also, its a bit strange they go test your cartridge, and give it back to you? I payed for that. Did i say you can use it? Anyhow, she is a budtender. Even if im wrong, shouldnt she maybe explain how to use it correct? You know, help a customer. Instead she tries to convince me i need a new battery even though I told her i have 2 and a mod, and i already mentioned my other cartridges work fine on the same battery. (Btw the cartridge and battery are the same brand!) Then she gave me the dumbest look, like she no longer wanted to help me, and simply responded like a robot, with a passive aggresive attitude "im sorry i cant help you, have a nice day". Ok, i was interested in making a purchase too, but not today and not anymore. For my first visit i dropped $155 there, and 2x $30 cartridges arent that big a deal to me. But the terrible attitude i got, even though i remained completely respectful was unacceptable. Isn't your job to help the customer?...On your special expertise you've gained from your "many years working" there? Why the attitude? Thanks. organicann is closer to me anyway, and the delivery services around town are top notch as far as service. (7/18/17) This was my first visit to a cannabis club, so I dont have much to compare to. However, the best I can give is 3 stars for several reasons. First, I was looking for a specific pre-filled cartridge, which they were out of stock. Ok, not a major issue. Then I mentioned I am looking for sativas. And she recommended a different strain/flavor from the same brand. I even double checked and asked, "thats a sativa?" Which she replied yes, and even mentioned "people report the effects of being on coffee." Well, I checked the website of the company, not only is it not sativa, or sativa dominant, its a hybrid. She called it red dragon, when in fact it was called green dragon. Employees dont seem very knowledgable. Or if it was intentional, trying to make a sale, selling customers something they dont actually want is just going to waste peoples' time and cause them to come back and return the unwanted product. Or maybe even not want to come back at all. And secondly (again not a major issue but the reason i cant give 5 or even 4 stars), as a first time customer I was suppose to receive a gift, which I did not receive. They just forgot to include it and the bags they give are stapled close and not see through. My mistake was not checking the bag outside the store, but I shouldn't have to go back in and remind them for a free complimentary gift. The selection the product variety is great, but their customer service with defective merchandise leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a vape cartridge and when I tried to use it I couldn't get it to hit, so I called the manager and asked if I could exchange or return it. I live an hour away so I wanted to be sure before I drove back. The manager was very nice and told me to bring it in and he would fix the issue. When I brought it in the next day they took the cartridge and my battery to test it and told me that the cartridge works fine, but I had to spend more money in order to buy the special battery they carry to use it. Something about that really doesn't sit right with me, this is something that I feel I should have been informed of before buying it, because if I knew I had to spend 50$ to use a 30$ oil cartridge I definitely wouldn't have bought it. I've also noticed that every time I go the bug on display looks great, but when I open the container it's fluffy and definitely doesn't look nearly as good. In a nutshell, over time I have come to feel that this dispensary is not as transparent as it could -and should- be. read more

A great place to go! So, first off, they let children wait in the lobby ( something Organicann does not let you do). As a "Mr. Mom" of two, this is super helpful. They give super friendly service. Taking the time to walk you through ALL of their product, letting you smell God knows how many samples you want even though they KNOW you know what Alpha Blue smells like. They are always patient with the patients : ) I love how some of these chuckleheads giving 2 star reviews complain that everyone is supposed to be a cannabis expert to work here, and since the person behind the counter wasn't "Dr. Green thumb ", it was an insult to their self entitled consumerist expectations. I'm sorry, Cypress Hill couldn't cover the mid shift. It's just a regular guy like you, trying to put up with your condescending looks and attitude so he can pay the rent.
