This dispensary is amazing! They were informative, friendly, genuinely cared for the patients, and took their time to show me each section. As well as, giving recommendations of certain strains and going the extra mile. On Fridays they have little promotional items for people to receive and can try out more strains and brands. I know very little about CBDs, etc. and on my first visit I was helped a lot by a bud tender girl. I purchased Miracle Releaf. I later found out the product may not be available after July 1st. so this morning I called a couple of times to get information about similar products. The receptionist answering sounds like she hates to even answer the phone. I know you are busy, but if you answer the phone for your business, at least act like you care. I called today in the a.m. and at 12:50 p.m. same girl. You should know who was manning the phones at that time. Man! does she have an attitude. And she threw sarcasm at me! I worked the phones at GE for 10 years, I KNOW phone etiquette, I know how to have patience for someone who needs information, even if I had no time to give, you make an effort. I would have been fired for her attitude. I hope you to talk to her. In the meantime, so as to not have to see her personally, I am taking my business, with free delivery to Alternatives. On my first visit here, I was pleased with my interactions with the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and the person who waited on me took the time to explain the different products. (For now, I only buy ingestibles to help with a chronic pain syndrome, not any joints or anything to inhale). But on my second visit, I walked up to one of the counters. There was a staff member standing behind it. He looked at me, said nothing, then turned and walked away, to join another staff member already helping another customer. What was that about? So I stood around like an idiot, until someone else finally walked over to help me. Third visit, guy behind the counter did say hello. But when I asked him what were the different properties in the various chewables, he ignored my question. So I just bought the same thing I've bought the last 2 times and left. I think I'm probably not an interesting customer to them, since I don't want to discuss the varieties of marijuana. Since I live in Santa Rosa, I'll be giving a different dispensary a try and see if I feel more comfortable elsewhere. I'm left overall feeling puzzled. Why would a staff person just walk away from a customer? Why would a different staff person totally ignore a question? I don't know the answers. The store is clean and looks just like any other doctor's office. The security guard is kind and courteous, and there is always safe parking. So professional! read more

Although I never got the freebies when I signed up as a new patient, I love Mercy Wellness and they have become my go-to spot for cannabis. I used to frequent a spot in Santa Rosa because they offer daily deals and have random sales, but time and time again I'm disappointed in their product, and a discount means nothing when the product just sucks. I have never left Mercy disappointed. I am always very pleased with their selection, staff and their prices are competitive as well. The facility itself is very nice and clean. Their selection is really quite impressive and they have a great array of edibles, concentrates and flowers. Staff is helpful if you need assistance....Kyle is the man! I'd love to give 5 stars, but the reason they only get 4 stars from me is due to the lack of info given per strain. The way they have things set up is a bit backwards, in my opinion. The product is displayed on one wall, really beautifully, but for someone who may not know the product in great detail, it can be overwhelming and confusing. There are no labels for Indica or Setiva on the two glass display cases, I was just told one case was Indica and one Setiva. Labeling those two glass displays would be a good start. It would also be great if they could have a little label for each strain of flower stating it's CBD and THC content. I want to know if the strains are more uplifting or motivating for day time use, verses the more knock-you-on-your-ass strains that are for evening use or sleep. A little information would be really helpful in making a decision on what works best for my needs. I've got it down now because I have visited Mercy many times and know the lay of the land, so to speak. I have seen many confused faces in there though because people aren't sure what they are looking at and if it's the right product for them or not. It's also kind of tough to remember everything of interest. I often want to bring a pen and paper in with me so I can jot down the flowers of interest and check them out once I turn around and face the budtenders. They have the binder and all, but it's not as helpful as you'd think, and it's often not up to date. So there's my suggestion, Mercy Wellness. Do with it what you will. You guys are awesome though! Horrible treated customer here. First they said I cant come cause my rec was renewed. Then they said I get 10 percent. Then I bought the most expensive half oz they had. They dont honor the 10 percent discount on the pricest weed really!!!! Not only that but they shister u on tax!!! Only place that u pay tax after there prices. If I go berners club in frisco they have Obama kush thats better then any mercy weed. Sad place they trying to make customer pay more for there remodel they did. Less and less impressed by this dispensary by the day. ZERO top shelf live resin. Literally not one diamonds and sauce on the shelf. All of the hash that was on the shelf looked like months old sugar that has obviously degraded under your bright light. Not to mention the herb. Have you guys purchased a single thing since January first? Also the staff was rather rude when I referred to OG Kush as a hybrid, the clerk corrected me, "OG kush is an indica". Really? Have you ever grown it little bud tender? To be real, unless it's Afghani #1 or Durban Poison, ITS A HYBRID. Show me an indica that takes 65-70 days to flower. Your staff needs to realize that not everyone who walks through the door is clueless. Y'all should really eliminate the indica, hybrid, sativa designations as they don't serve the plant. All they do is inform them of growth characteristics which has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EFFECTS. Give people REAL INFORMATION and post the terpene profiles. Seems like you'd rather sell old material to uninformed masses. I'll go somewhere else. Don't buy anything here. Their customer service is horrendous. They trick you and make you wait an hour or more. They have no idea how to run a busy business. Making people wait for an hour or more while they pack more and more people into their"showroom" they need to hire and train people to be able to deal with the influx of patients. You are better off going to Santa Rosa or Sebastopol to the other shops because they aren't jammed pack like Mercy because they are able to run a business properly. You would probably get your medicine quicker through a delivery service than waiting in one of Mercy's lines. read more

Gave this place another try since they are close and accessible (why they get a 2) and b/c I was bored. Still horrible selection and quality. I don't get the good reviews. There buds are chemy and not flushed and their edibles are weak. The selection may be larger than Alternatives but the quality is not better than even Organicann. read more

This place just gets better and BETTER!! Just when you think nothing more can be done, they remodel and expand. The Bud Tenders are GREAT, and know their product and its quality. And they are not intimidated by any means. Security is kind and pleasant, but you feel as though you are always secure. The staff is extremely kind, thoughtful and go out of their way to recognize you, and take care of your needs. The Quality of the product is constantly being improved ( which is a FEAT within itself.) I'm GLAD I wasn't able to buy 2 because the 1/8 I bought looked super short so I weighed it when I got home and it was only 2.4 grams, most of which was stem.... very disappointed. Mercy Wellness has just lost 2 long time medicinal customers & many more once I tell all my friends & acquaintances what horrible customer service they have... I went there with a friend to purchase medicinal cannabis due to my insomnia & arthritis. Once I got there they would not let my friend in as her license had expired. I went in, got a couple of things & went back out to see how my friend was doing. She said she couldnt go in but I could just go back & finish my shopping. Since she was holding some of my cash I went over to get it from her but the rude guy at the front desk said I couldnt buy her anything & that her money was no good there. So, I took his advice & went to the ATM to get some cash. By the time I got back to the dispensary my friend had driven off already. When the front desk bouncer saw me this time (after I waited in line for another 10 minutes), he said he could'nt sell me anything because he knew it wasnt for me! What? My friend was long gone, I went to the ATM per his suggestion & came back 15 minutes later & yet he refused to sell me the cannabis I wanted but instead called security to kick me out like a common criminal? I am an upstanding citizen of this community & do not deserve to be treated like a criminal! NEVER AGAIN will I go near this toxic place! read more

Really so-so effort to make their processes more efficient; the lines are ineffective, scrambled and a general shit show. If you don't have a medical card, don't worry! After a 30 minute wait I still hadn't been served and dozens of BRAND NEW patients without recommendations (adult use) were helped before me. Why? I don't know. If only they had an online ordering system to make this easier! OH WAIT. THEY DO, BUT WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK THEY DON'T HELP. Called in to try and figure this out, employee acted like I was an idiot and wasting her time. I believe this is a business (or intended to be run like one) that doesn't care for the customer and doesn't show any effort to improve the experience. You might as well just buy from your local sketchy guy, at least he'd be more pleasant to deal with; extremely sad to say that as well, as it should be a legitimate place of business but it is NOT run like one. Quite possibly the worst club I have ever been to. First off taxes are crazy in rohnert park so call a cash only delivery service or go to santa rosa. The weed is all trash and super dry. You can even really smell anything before you buy and the sealed cans they give you never look like the bud in the window. The layout is horrendous. Ive been there twice since it was legalized for rec use and left bith times with nothing after 25min. Two zeperate lines? Just to get to someone to talk about what products they should get. Take a note from other dispeseries and rework your layout. I will never return and will make sure everyone I know never comes here. Its like they dont want your money. read more

Was impressed with the thought put into the store. Some of the Clinics/Pharmacies are set up like warehouses with no thought to the buying experience. These folks used their thought to put in a lovely place to shop. I am also thrilled with the service and the product knowledge. They are also 3 minutes away from my home.... My first time at Mercy was great. "L" the expert who helped me really listen to my medical concerns and I loved all her suggestions. I got the purple ape and it works wonder for pain and relaxing the muscles. Next time I want to try the half/half brownie.
