Gas-lighting their old medical clients because they just replaced us with the new state ones paying an extra $15 on tax. Prices have gone way up, this place showed their true colors. Although there are few good people that do work here, the majority are scum! It feels as if you are the cash register person (as a customer) and have to deal with rude customers. From what I know, a business with some ethics would fire employees whom treat customers like garbage, maybe they are not qualified in dealing with customers properly. Them giving you a number so that they can call you up to the register is both frustrating and uncomfortable! I do not like some of the employees at the register, so if my number gets picked; I do not want to even think that I have to possibly deal with these snobs, I want to be able to choose who I want as my register. The place is easy to find, and very clean. It's not to big, and not too many choices, but it is nice. I am welcomed as if I was a friend of the staff, they gave the the tour of their strains and were very helpful at any questions I had. They were very friendly. That was the best part. I felt wanted there, and not that they just wanted a paying customer. After I picked up some Jack Frost, I was given a free joint. It was a good experience. What's going on at Mercy. I made an online order and never got a response. Then I made another thinking something went wrong. Waited another hour and no response. So I decided to call. Apparently they were short handed. The nice lady I talked too was able to get my order through but when I arrived the express lane had about 20 people all with the same problem. NO RESPONSE! Luckily I was the only one with an order that went through. Seriously this shouldn't happen. You have been open for years. This definitely falls on management with the lack of customer service and communication. read more

I have never run across a staff member here who is nothing but super nice and helpful. Also they are very engaging and able to make great recommendations. They recently had an inter makeover, which has only made them stronger. Sometimes a big change effects the environment in a negative way, at least for me. This place is not the case. Thankfully Mercy has still retained there small town/friendly vibe with their new fancy look. Recently I came in and my prescription had expired. The security guard was so nice about getting me the name for a DR who could help me renew it. Also was so apologetic about not being able to let me in, even though it was totally my fault for letting it laps. I'm a loyal patient! PS I have noticed the price is a little higher then a few places I have gone to in Sacramento or Vallejo. But it's the area we are in. Everything in the North Bay is higher. read more

Today was my first and saddly the last time....the person in the front desk was extremely rude and sarcastic. She mocked us in a way that nobody should be spoken to. You have a very good selection of products but if you don't have nice people at the front desk it ruins the whole experience. When we finally went inside the bud tender was nice but he rushed us out. We went to ask him some question he suggested a cartridge that was brought to the counter and we were billed without being asked if we wanted something else. Online orders not being processed In a timely matter, staff unhelpful, I knew how ridiculous the line was, and still wanted to work with mercy, waited in the hot sun for over 30 min , and order was still not ready, staff at door was very unhelpful, and whoever is processing orders needs to focus on all of the orders not just some. Why was this an issue? Mercy wellness needs to learn how to deal with all of its customers not just the ones in person. Yes, I agree, this place is amazing and intimidating at the same time. Getting signed up is pretty easy. Then, once you get in the door, it's like a different world. There usually a small line to get to the counter and order something of your choice. But, the display will catch your attention. To really understand what all they have to offer, you will need to take your time. The Staff behind the counter are many and are extremely knowledgeable and impress me every time I go there. Even the girls, even the youngest looking one (who has impressed me the most) knew exactly what I was looking for. But, then again, they are all great at what they do. I was not able to go into the cannibus area but the 2 front area employees were helpful, funny and very engaging.
