Many places in the area did not provide the type of service I was looking for, or they needed to have a minimum of pieces to be embroidered. I sent an inquiry through Yelp and received a response from them right away letting me know they are able to do it. I loved that they were flexible with when I am able to come in to drop the graduation stole - since I was in a rush, I went in right after work on the same day. They provided me with a quote on Yelp and I was very thrilled with it. When I dropped it off, they were very thorough with what they are able to do with their expertise. I was able to choose the font of the embroidery and the location of where I wanted everything. They were so accommodating despite how little time they had with this and were SO kind about it. After I told them how I wanted everything, they gave me an estimated date and I did not have to leave a deposit. The next day or so, the staff emailed me a draft before having a final approval. I was very pleased with it and gave her the final OK. Less than a week later, I received an email saying it was ready.... way before the estimated date which was even better. Words cannot describe what a great job they have done. I highly recommend coming to them because they really do a fabulous job with accommodation and the embroidery itself. This will be my go-to place for embroidery from now on.

I brought it to Xfinity where I purchased the phone who is also my provider where I was told to go to Best Buy. Drove over to Best Buy to be told to come back the next day as I did not have an appointment. So I went to North Shore Shopping Center to MobiTech. The gentlemen told me he should be able to fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price and said that it would take 20 minutes or so and that if he could not resolve my issue he would not charge me. I left my phone with him after he assured me he could be trusted. (Let's face it, phones or not cheap these days!) I went back a bit early in case he needed extra codes etc. from me but the phone was all fixed back to its original layout and everything worked as if nothing happened! My experience was very pleasant and positive. I will go back here again in a second and highly recommend MobiTech to anyone needing help with their cell phones.

I would give 0 stars if I could - Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional…read more Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my iPhone in for a simple cracked screen replacement, and somehow walked out with a phone that was worse than when I brought it in. After the repair, the touchscreen sensor was completely off, making it nearly impossible to type or use my phone properly. It's unacceptable that a business specializing in phone repairs can't even ensure that the phone is functioning correctly before returning it to a customer. I paid to have one problem fixed, not to have another problem created. What should have been a straightforward screen replacement turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is ridiculous. If you're going to charge customers for repairs, the bare minimum is making sure their devices actually work afterward. Save yourself the money, time, and headache. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

From the initial consultation, it was clear we were dealing with true professionals. They really know their stuff when it comes to structural work, which gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. They took care of all the permits and engineering approvals and made sure we understood exactly what was happening at each stage. The wall removal itself was done flawlessly. They installed a support beam that looks like it was always part of the house seamless and solid. The difference it made is incredible. The space feels brighter, bigger, and much more open. After the structural work, they handled the full renovation of the first floor including new flooring, lighting, drywall, and paint. Every part of it was done with great attention to detail. The quality of the work really shows and they were respectful of our home the entire time. Always on time, kept things clean, and communicated well throughout. We're absolutely in love with our new space. It feels like a brand-new home.
