Their communication was excellent, they stayed completely on schedule and they kept us, very much, involved in every decision. Tony was great in overseeing the whole project while Amit was on top of day-to-day progress. Highly professional! The only delays we encountered were due to the City's inspection of our electrical updates, which were not directly part of this project. NuHome's flexibility (even creativity) in working around these delays got the job done. Great service!

We hired NuHome Remodeling for our house remodeling which started with addition and 3 bath room…read moreremodel, but ended up with pretty much full house remodel including the full kitchen remodeling as well. The project managers that we had worked with were Tony, Issac and Amit. The experiences that we had with the team were exceptional, Tony and his team leads were very professional, patient, attentive to details, and transparent to the cost. They were excellent in communications and never delay responding to our messages, usually within a few minutes or within hours for any questions that we ask at any time of the day. In terms of services, they are like one stop shop that includes almost everything that we need from a contractor for remodeling so it really saved a lot of our time from talking with different people for different phases of the remodel. Their team has the architect who started with the floor plan with us, with a lot of back and forth discussions and our inputs taken into considerations. After we agreed and finalized the plan, they submitted it to the city for the permit. Since the architects and the construction team are under the same leadership of NuHome, in our case, Tony, this saves a lot of later potential integration problems between the architectural plans and the executions of the construction. During the construction, there were a few times that we changed our plans, for example, changing the size of the closet and pantry, Tony and the team were accommodating it; and in the middle of the construction, we were also changing the type and the number of outlets and the spot lights, Tony and the team were also incorporated that as well. We also had changed the plan for the TV ascent wall, and the team were fully in corporation and working with for the change, which turned out to be beautiful. Another area that really pleased and benefit us was NuHome has excellent interior designer who had worked with us closely in designing the bathrooms, and helping us picking up the right materials that worked perfectly for us, this saved us so much potential headache as we pretty much knew nothing in this field. The three bathroom designs turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely attribute this to the team deep dedication of putting customers' need first, in addition to the construction team's skill set. The team has made sure to take care of our need from the very beginning to the end of the project, for little things like making sure we have the new lock after the whole project is done is even within their considerations, so we are moving into our new home feeling happy, comfortable and safe. Thanks so much to the team for their excellent work, and we are definitely going to recommend NuHome Remodeling.

We went with Greenberg because they knew how to do modern houses and how to deal with the City. We went from horrible hideous uninsulated shack to a gorgeous gem where we can Age in Place! Every single person who has walked in says, "WOW! It's beautiful! It's incredible what you guys have done!" We have friends & professionals who have built/renovated many houses all exclaim what a high-end luxe job this was! We could not have done this without Greenberg. In particular, we worked with the wonderful Ohad Sherion throughout the process who managed all the subs, city departments involved, neighbors, vendors, etc. Our attention was elsewhere as we were very busy with our work, caring for our elders, so it was invaluable that Ohad kept us up-to-date throughout the process. Ohad was able to make our wishes come true, including bathrooms with custom tiles that were no longer available--so he found us an artisan who recreated them by hand. To make the small space look and feel spacious, we went with an open concept which left few walls to hang art. From the beginning, we worked with Ohad to create a design to showcase our art collection. Ohad is persistent and works to get projects not only functional but beautiful. For example, we have a unique front door which needed to be tweaked and he patiently worked with subs to make it happen. My husband was thrilled that we ended up with a house with superb insulation (including sound), up-to-date plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. He feels great about the new roof and solar panels. But I am in love with the amazing personal details that make this place a home (finally). We are so grateful to Ohad. Go with Greenberg to make your dream come true!

He'd worked with one of our friends previously, and so we knew he'd do a great job for our project. We also loved Greenberg's integrated approach. The architect, constructions, design and management was all done by Greenberg. This meant that the project from top to bottom was aligned with the team actually doing the construction work. My top priorities were 1) a modern home design 2) a job done with high quality 3) low stress. Ohad / Greenberg helped deliver on all of these aspects in spades. The last thing I wanted to do was have to coordinate with flaky contractors, have to re-do low quality work after a long day at work. Ohad kept the project on track and handled all the hassle of dealing with subcontractors & inspectors. Greenberg probably won't be the cheapest contractor you'll talk to, but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for. Quality work, up to code, and no drama is well worth the cost. Ohad worked with us throughout the project to consider different budget options, and gave candid advice about where he thought the budget would be best spent. Overall, highly recommend. I was referred by a friend and have put multiple friends in touch with Greenberg for their projects as well. Everyone is floored by house nice our remodel turned out and will 100% be in touch in the future for any future projects we have.

From start to finish, the experience was professional, organized, and far less stressful than we ever expected a project of this scale to be. Ethan, our project manager, played a huge role in the success of this renovation. From the very beginning. Starting with the initial design discussions, he was proactive, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to really understand our vision while also offering thoughtful, practical guidance based on his expertise. Ethan helped us refine the layout, select materials, and choose finishes that made sense both aesthetically and functionally, all while keeping the project within budget, which we greatly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the planning phase was. Everything was carefully thought through before construction even began, which helped prevent unexpected issues or surprises along the way. That level of preparation gave us a lot of confidence and made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. Throughout the project, Ethan coordinated seamlessly with designers, engineers, inspectors, and the construction team, handling all the moving parts with ease. Communication was consistent and clear, and we always felt informed about what stage the project was in. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, which made the entire renovation feel surprisingly stress-free. The quality of workmanship and finishes truly speaks for itself. Every detail feels intentional, well-executed, and professionally done. From the structural work involved in the second-story addition to the final design touches and landscaping, the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Our home feels completely transformed! More functional, more beautiful, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. Overall, BH Construction & Development delivered exactly what they promised: high-quality work, professionalism, and a well-managed renovation experience. We are extremely grateful to Ethan and the entire team for bringing our vision to life, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a major renovation or build. This was a big investment for us, and choosing BH Construction & Development was absolutely the right decision. Thank you SO much.

They gave us a much needed space with a whole new house feel and our household of 5 can spread ourselves out without being on top of each other. Right from the get go, the process of planning and designing the house was non stop. There were communication flying back and forth almost every day at every stage of the project. They gave us a timeline that was reasonable and they kept it even with some hiccups from the city. The crew was dedicated to getting their work done and being on the timeline which we appreciated immensely as we were still living in the house during this construction chaos. Anything that needed fixing, it was done, anything that needed changing, that was done, anything we wanted to added, that was done as well. Not only that but since I'm not as knowledgeable in construction, I would ask them numerous questions and they will tell me what I needed to know. We appreciate everyone who had a hand in working on our dream house. We highly recommend DevArt8 for their hard work and dedication to building right.

We had most of our house remodeled. With emphasis on the guest bathroom and kitchen. They paid extreme attention to detail, including fixing things that were outside of the scope of the project! Tomio told me that he was irritated by the gas lines. He said, "I like it better when gas lines are run parallel to each other, and only make 90 degree turns. So I'm just going to redo all of that." This is exactly what you want in your contractor! They worked every single day and we could see fast progress. If we ever dropped by the house, Tomio would stop what he was doing to go over the progress and make sure we were happy. We were always very happy. Their billing system was easy and clear. And we were never overcharged. Two things that really state how much I enjoyed working with them. 1) I am planning on doing another project with them. 2) Tomio received one of our holiday cards. I recommend them extremely highly!

Tomio and his team work harder than anyone I have seen. Have you ever gone by a construction site and everyone is just sitting around? I never saw that with Tomio and his team. These guys are always moving at lightening speed. He was amazing to work with. Don't be fooled by those big construction conglomerates and their "large" teams! We have family that went with one of those companies against our advice and they have regretted it and they wish they went with NuVision! Tomio's attention to detail is incredible. I had a similar experience to another reviewer here. Our project was an expansion and remodel of the living area and adding a deck. In our case, that meant we had to move the electrical box to a new location. When Tomio started looking at the wiring the previous contractor had done about 5 years earlier, he couldn't stand it. He said it was a mess under the house, too many connections. Technically it was up to code but he just didn't like the mess of wire and he wanted to redo it so he did at no charge to us. How many people in this industry still do that kind of thing? It seems everyone just wants to do the bare minimum to get paid these days, but not Tomio. He is one of the few out there who insists on doing it right whatever it takes. I am also a bit of a DIYer so I "helped" Tomio on occasion by doing some things myself that I wanted to do during construction like installing attic stairs and doing some low voltage work with his guidance. I know I was probably getting in the way but Tomio was always patient and offered great advice on how to do it correctly and to code. I unfortunately do not have pictures of the finished space they worked on but I did find a picture of the wiring work Tomio did and I am attaching that here. Needless to say the finished space was impeccable and we were very happy. Anyone with a little OCD will appreciate the wiring picture though and it just shows how Tomio and team pay attention to the tiniest details! This electrical panel was eventually covered and no one would ever see the detail under it but just knowing how he did that kind of work everywhere whether it was visible or not was comforting as a homeowner. Go with NuVision, you will not regret it!

Every renovation project has some unexpected challenges, and ours was no different due to…read moreextenuating circumstances. But the difference was how well the Decor team managed the project through the difficulties. One example was the discovery that our roof needed to be replaced. Not something we were aware of and not something that was part of the original project. We have nearly 100 year old Spanish terracotta tiles. The rains were coming, and we needed a fix quick. Decor put us in touch with a contractor of theirs that came out the next day and replaced the damage before rain could ruin the work being done by Decor. This close collaboration between Decor and other reputable contractors gave us confidence that Decor was invested in our whole project's success, not just their portion. We made the decision to stay in the home during the renovation of the back half with a new bathroom and adding to our back bedrooms to give us a bit more space. This allowed us to watch the work up close and see the quality and commitment each crew made as they worked closely together. We love our new changes and are grateful that a normally stressful experience was reduced by the professionalism of the Decor Team.

We really liked the seemlessness of working with the DECOR team. They were great at communication, reminders, suggestions, and help. We loved that we didn't waste time finding different contractors for different parts of the job - they had "a guy" for everything! We had a list of issues with our existing layout, and they helped solve all of them! These included: tearing down a load-bearing wall to create an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, reconfiguring all 4 bedrooms' closets, moving our washer and dryer upstairs, pushing out our garage and master bedroom and adding a master bath with steam shower, upgrading one of the bathrooms to ADA standards, installing recessed lighting throughout the home, installing a new HVAC system, finsihing our basement floors, walls, and ceiling, and re-roofing for solar panel compatibility. They gave us options along the way and supported our choices. We really enjoyed working with Anne, the interior designer. She met us at multiple showrooms to pick out our kitchen and 3.5 bathroom finishes. She knew what materials would work best for our project and created a document with very accurate renderings of each room, and provided links for the purchases that we needed to make. Eddie, our foreman, was amazing and attentive to all of our project needs. He was patient, flexible, and took the time to explain why things were done in a certain way. He made sure everyone involved in the project was on task. We highly recommend DECOR for your next remodel, big or small!
