The phone call was quick and informative -- and we were able to arrange to rent the cabinet for the event, which was only two weeks away. The pricing was very reasonable, considering it included delivery and set up. Delivery was very prompt (they delivered on the early end of the window they quoted us) and they handled set up and pick up of the arcade machine without needing to interface with us at the event at all. I also found them to be very responsive to both our emails and calls. One small drawback of working with Events Unlimited is that they were not able to confirm final delivery time until the Friday before the wedding (the day before) -- because they had to finalize their delivery schedule. However, they did call us that day as promised and we were able to work with them to arrange a delivery timeline that worked for all of us.
