I was especially drawn in by the food menu that not only designates wine pairings as any vineyard restaurant should, but it also marks gluten free options clearly. Most things on the menu are gluten free or can be made that way. This was a huge plus for me. There is indoor and outdoor seating and looks like it can accommodate parties of any size. There are also couches near fire pits for cozy chatting as well. There is a flight/tasting option, wines by the glass, or by the bottle. Since we were having two glasses of the same wine, we were talked into a bottle. I appreciated the suggestion. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. We had questions about menu items and everything was made super clear. Service wasn't speedy, but it was thorough. Our allergies and dietary needs were all met and cared for. We had the cascadia board to start (a little pricey) and shared the spring pea risotto with salmon (crispy skin, perfect cook, so delicious!) paired with the rose, it was a delicious meal. I wish we'd had room and time for dessert as they were all gluten free too. Overall, a great experience and meal.

The Burnt Bridge Tasting Room is one of the better winery tasting rooms in the Vancouver area. The…read moreroom itself is cozy - there's a bar, there is an open seating area and then there is a kitchen/bar area that my GF describes as "the kitchen of her dreams" - that's where the catering magic happens If you like bold reds, Burnt Bridge is the place to be. Their whites are also exceptional, but vastly outnumbered by the reds. You can buy flights, you can buy glasses, you can fill growlers (!) or you can buy bottles/cases. I've been a member of their wine club for several years. As a club member, you get discounts on bottle and case purchases, you get several free tastings a month. On my last visit, my GF and I came in for a tasting, and got a snack while we were at it. I try to do this at least twice a month - being mindful that I'm likely to wind up walking out with more wine than I can drink in a month. I won't leave specific tasting notes on the wine, other than to note that it's all pretty exceptional. The snacks are variable, but always tasty. The pairings inevitably work well with the wines that are on the tasting flights on offer at any given time The staff is exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable about both the wine and various events that are hosted at the facility. There are three or four events a month ranging from origami to trivia to karaoke... It all varies, it's all fun. Highly recommended!

At the recommendation of…read morefriends, we were made aware the (former?) owners of Burnt Bridge Cellars lived in our neighborhood. Of course, that meant we had to give it a try. Cool winter day, we decided to pop in for a flight mid-afternoon. Not full from lunch, not hungry for dinner, we decided to order their charcuterie bard. What they brought to our table did not disappoint! Brie, breads, jams, nuts, dried fruits, grapes... THE WORKS! The wine flight they brought was nicely presented and decently poured. We did enjoy trying the local wines, always good to enjoy your locally grown grapes in a glass of vino! Price was super fair considering how large the charcuterie board was and the nice pours. This is a great spot to check out on a random afternoon when you're looking to burn some time. The ambiance is warm and welcoming witha lovely staff!

The employee slammed one of their sandwich boards on the ground and said, "can I help you?" In a less than friendly tone. I let her know I was waiting on a few friends but would love to sit outside. (Mind you, we are talking a GIANT group of four maybe five) She rudely told me I "really should have a reservation." I apologized and told her we would go elsewhere. "No, it's fine, just make a reservation next time." I found her fellow employees just as rude. She seated me and told me to ask if we needed another chair because she "would be irritated if we moved one in the way." I purchased two bottles and waited for my girlfriends. We enjoyed one another's company and then left. If you appreciate a classy winery with professional employees, maybe go elsewhere.
