Out of all the wineries we visited in Vancouver, Heidi was the most knowledgeable and made our experience even better!

I really liked how everything was presented and even the fireplace that was on created such a cozy atmosphere. This was my first time visiting here, but I do believe I will be back because it was just so opulent inside and it's very rare to find places that look like that nowadays. And it being on the waterfront is just a bonus!

Unfortunately, the Vancouver location has been a completely different experience. The first time we came with a larger group, we waited about 30 minutes just to be acknowledged. Staff kept walking around without even recognizing that we (and others behind us) were waiting. We decided to give it another try, but the second visit was just as disappointing. We ended up leaving because we didn't want to keep waiting with no communication. The third time, I finally spoke up because no one was acknowledging us again. Eventually someone came and seated us, but things didn't improve. We waited a long time at the table, and when the server finally came, many of the items we saw online were no longer available. Instead, there were completely different options. Also, while we were waiting, we spoke with a group of girls behind us who said they had experienced the same issue multiple times and had even left before because of it. So it's clearly not just us. Overall, this has been the worst experience we've had at any of their locations. It's really disappointing because we know how great this place can be. Hopefully, with more people sharing feedback, something will change. The Vancouver location seriously needs to improve its service--I don't see how this level of customer care is acceptable.

The tasting room at the waterfront is charming and honey, and staff always make you feel very comfortable and appreciated and well served As a winery tasting room, you may purchase whole bottles of wine, you may purchase glasses of select bottle bottles, and you may purchase tasting flights. All of the above is subject to change on a weekly basis, of course. They also offer snacks, also on a rotating basis. Very highly recommended, it's a great way to kill most of an hour if you happen to be on the waterfront and want to do something a little different. They are in a cluster with three other tasting rooms, so you can compare and contrast. Occasionally, there are promotions, where if you visit some number of them there is some kind of reward. Go check it out!

The ladies are very in tune to what you are wanting to taste that day. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone has the best tasting experience! The Burnt Bridge Tasting Room is one of the better winery tasting rooms in the Vancouver area. The…read moreroom itself is cozy - there's a bar, there is an open seating area and then there is a kitchen/bar area that my GF describes as "the kitchen of her dreams" - that's where the catering magic happens If you like bold reds, Burnt Bridge is the place to be. Their whites are also exceptional, but vastly outnumbered by the reds. You can buy flights, you can buy glasses, you can fill growlers (!) or you can buy bottles/cases. I've been a member of their wine club for several years. As a club member, you get discounts on bottle and case purchases, you get several free tastings a month. On my last visit, my GF and I came in for a tasting, and got a snack while we were at it. I try to do this at least twice a month - being mindful that I'm likely to wind up walking out with more wine than I can drink in a month. I won't leave specific tasting notes on the wine, other than to note that it's all pretty exceptional. The snacks are variable, but always tasty. The pairings inevitably work well with the wines that are on the tasting flights on offer at any given time The staff is exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable about both the wine and various events that are hosted at the facility. There are three or four events a month ranging from origami to trivia to karaoke... It all varies, it's all fun. Highly recommended!

Cool winter day, we decided to pop in for a flight mid-afternoon. Not full from lunch, not hungry for dinner, we decided to order their charcuterie bard. What they brought to our table did not disappoint! Brie, breads, jams, nuts, dried fruits, grapes... THE WORKS! The wine flight they brought was nicely presented and decently poured. We did enjoy trying the local wines, always good to enjoy your locally grown grapes in a glass of vino! Price was super fair considering how large the charcuterie board was and the nice pours. This is a great spot to check out on a random afternoon when you're looking to burn some time. The ambiance is warm and welcoming witha lovely staff!
