It is the same gluten free pizza crust for the flat bread and for dipping in the cheese. But having AN option is great. Our wine tasting was also lovely. The wine maker was so friendly and we sat a chatted about the wines (vineyards are in Walla Walla/Yakima Valley) and fun fact: the Dena Rae is named after her mother who is pictured on the bottle. I try to do this at least twice a month - being mindful that I'm likely to wind up walking out with more wine than I can drink in a month.
