The food was delicious, from our salad, to our entree, and finally dessert. By far the BEST service I've ever had. Lindsay was our server. She was very helpful, informative, attentive, and checked with us often. I asked her what her manager's name is, and she said Susie. Susie ~ you have a TOP NOTCH employee! I highly recommend making reservations in advance, which is what I did. We will be back!

Was ready to buy dinner and at least one bottle of wine. but not today. Jared I was told was the waitstaff assigned to our table I never got to meet him. I've been to the other location totally good experience but although it's a nice building here it's uncanny how much you can be invisible at a restaurant. This is the worst experience I have ever had a restaurant anywhere. Speaking as a decade Yelper I don't like this type of review. But it's clear they need to work on customer service. At the time of this review we have been at the table 50 minutes with no table service response whatsoever. Staff walks past us. By contrast at the bar two staff members were helpful and pleasant and they were a sharp contrast to the other staff members we had seen. There was also a nice gentleman in a purple shirt that spoke to me when I had gone to get a menu, he appeared to be hosting but wasn't available when we arrived. I do not recommend this Willamette valley vineyards location *update, Jared did show up to the table 1 1/2 hours after we arrived. Maybe he was busy, but sadly he walked past us more than 7 times ( I stopped counting). He offered to bring me more water, I declined. He asked if we wanted anything but since we are leaving in ten minutes there's no point. Disappointed at least I'm confident that Jared was assigned to our table. Maybe he was having an off day. Question ‍ would you try this place again if you had my experience?

There were few people there and it was just comfortable. (You know how sometimes you wine taste and you're the only ones there and you feel like you're being stared at and it's awkward? This was the exact opposite feeling. Really a lovely experience!) Lynda was THE best at sharing about the grapes and the process and the wines, as she gave us VERY generous pours. She created a warm atmosphere and strangers standing around tasting began talking with each other. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with the Merlot and did not expect to love it so much. We ended up buying a bottle of the Pinot noir that I am very excited to share. It was light and really easy to drink. I'm not a wine connoisseur, so my language for wines is not professional. But what I can tell you is that you will not be disappointed if you come. Their pallet of wine profiles is extensive and you will find something that you will be so glad you tried. I will definitely be back!

The Burnt Bridge Tasting Room is one of the better winery tasting rooms in the Vancouver area. The…read moreroom itself is cozy - there's a bar, there is an open seating area and then there is a kitchen/bar area that my GF describes as "the kitchen of her dreams" - that's where the catering magic happens If you like bold reds, Burnt Bridge is the place to be. Their whites are also exceptional, but vastly outnumbered by the reds. You can buy flights, you can buy glasses, you can fill growlers (!) or you can buy bottles/cases. I've been a member of their wine club for several years. As a club member, you get discounts on bottle and case purchases, you get several free tastings a month. On my last visit, my GF and I came in for a tasting, and got a snack while we were at it. I try to do this at least twice a month - being mindful that I'm likely to wind up walking out with more wine than I can drink in a month. I won't leave specific tasting notes on the wine, other than to note that it's all pretty exceptional. The snacks are variable, but always tasty. The pairings inevitably work well with the wines that are on the tasting flights on offer at any given time The staff is exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable about both the wine and various events that are hosted at the facility. There are three or four events a month ranging from origami to trivia to karaoke... It all varies, it's all fun. Highly recommended!

Cool winter day, we decided to pop in for a flight mid-afternoon. Not full from lunch, not hungry for dinner, we decided to order their charcuterie bard. What they brought to our table did not disappoint! Brie, breads, jams, nuts, dried fruits, grapes... THE WORKS! The wine flight they brought was nicely presented and decently poured. We did enjoy trying the local wines, always good to enjoy your locally grown grapes in a glass of vino! Price was super fair considering how large the charcuterie board was and the nice pours. Steak bites and sizzling mushrooms rounded out our food order but make sure you order some bread to sop up all that deliciousness - it's not included. Service was delightful, very informative but not fussy, and the wine was actually decent; we had 4 reds and three whites. IMO, stick to the red...
