Nostalgic, ambitious, and a lot to choose from. I visited the South Jordan location and have to be honest about the full experience. The tables were dirty, the staff (mostly teenagers) were focused on the counter and not on cleaning, and the wait was long enough that I nearly walked out. The double burger was unremarkable, the fries came out unsalted, but the corn dog was surprisingly good. None of that is why you're here, though. The cherry almond concrete is why you're here. It is outstanding! Generous almond pieces throughout, and the cherry flavor tasted genuinely real, not like something from a syrup bottle. I also asked for spoons and forks and was told they were on a table, although there were no napkins available either. The employee who brought our final item was kind and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. Overall, I expected a better experience for our first visit. I think setting clearer expectations around customer service, attentiveness, and prioritizing customers would help improve the experience.
