They delivered to Menomonee Falls even though they are in Hales Corners. I me er stepped foot in the store. Whole thing was done on phone. Pay when delivered! Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the hoses. I wanted the old hoses so i took them off the washer and set them nearby. My wife was home when it was delivered and told tnem i wanted the hoses so they reinstalled the old hoses on tbe new washer. But i will take responsibility for that. I should have hid the old hoses. I highly recommend Ritzman appliance and if uou want a washer to last for many years buy a speed queen. Its the only washer designed to last 25 years. And its made in Ripon Wisconsin

Jack was able to answer a lot of detailed questions, and I like how they have the innards on display so you can see the differences among brands. Prices are competitive and all-inclusive (hoses, cables, delivery, haul away). We were blown away by the service. Delivery was within a few days (!!!) Of course, it happened to be when we had a houseful of guests. The service technicians were timely, speedy, and very competent. They even managed to haul away the old and install the new appliances without any disruption to our card games -- our guests couldn't believe how quiet they were! Everyone was taking note of the Ritzman name on the delivery truck. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a new appliance -- go to Ritzman.

Date of service: March 21, 2025…read more Really appreciated that I could schedule an appointment online with Mr Appliance through their website as I tend to be crazy busy during working hours and loathe leaving voicemails for companies and playing phone tag. Jalen with Mr Appliance also came when they said they would come and resolved the issue quickly and easily. The issue was a grinding noise that our less than three year old dryer was making. an obvious sign that something was not right. Jalen suspected a potential blower motor issue and got to work on resolving it. 25 minutes later the problem was fixed: Excess lint buildup that got through the lint trip and into the machine, causing the motor to have to work harder than it needed to. He showed me all of the lint he pulled out, but he piled it up on the runner below the dryer and on the top of our glass-topped washing machine, requiring me to clean off the washer and wash the runner. In addition, it was $243 for less than a half hour of his time. If the service call is $129, that would make the hourly rate $200 for Mr Appliance--I am clearly in the wrong line of work! Unfortunately I can't really give more than three stars given the cost and cleanup from the appointment.

I'm sure they're happy they received my $150 diagnostic charge. If I owned this company I would refund that charge.

So when I called Frank back, he said it was probably the motherboard, and not the fuse. He did not charge me extra for the visit. I did pay $130 for the new motherboard. Unfortunately, after he replaced the motherboard, it was still not working. Frank thought it was his fault for not unplugging the machine before installing the motherboard and it got fried. He was very honest about it. He brought a new motherboard and replaced it once again a few days later. I told Frank that I really appreciated his honesty, and that he had a customer for life for any other appliance problems. I really meant it. Even despite the fact that he wasn't wearing a mask while covid was raging. And he told me the new motherboard would definitely fix the problem and that I should get at least a few more years of life in the machine. So three visits, and a little over $300 later, my dishwasher was finally working. But then it wasn't. It died again. After a week. So I called. And called. And called. I left messages. After a while, his phone said the voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave messages. I texted him, since we had texted each other before when he had asked for my machine's serial number. I never got a response. I wanted to at least get some sort of a warranty on the new $130 motherboard I purchased from the manufacturer, but Frank took all that information with him, so I couldn't even get anything back from the manufacturer. For how nice/honest he seemed, I think he is no longer in business. ************** I've been told that he's still in business today (August 2021).

I guess I learned my lesson to use Yelp instead of Angie's List!…read more Frank from Appliance Repair Specialists was very nice both in person and on the phone, but offered no information on pricing during the initial phone call or before doing any work. I'm not necessarily opposed to the $180 he charged, but knowing a bit of the cost up front would have been helpful. Most importantly, the repair was not successful. My dryer is still making a screeching sound and when I talked to Frank about it, he asked me to text him my invoice and he would call me back. 10 days later, that call hasn't come.
