The employee asked very loudly if he needed the scale to measure weed. He was loud enough that other customers stopped and looked. The employee then followed my relative all the way around the rest of the time until he left feeling very irritated. (I have worked retail and understand the need to follow some shoppers around.) Apparently, the unprofessional employee did not take into consideration that one of my relative's patients could be in the next aisle, let alone a management member or HR person from healthcare organization who could report this, putting the entire career of a responsible young man into ruins. Obviously, I am furious and will never shop there again! Yes, my relative did call to speak to the assistant manager who said she would let the store manager know. The assistant manager, who at the time overheard the comment, and said nothing at the time.

This happened several times. The mover was transferred to Gretna, they never called to ask or tell me this and I was overcharged for this service $80 freight charge. They did a tube up as well and never called to ask if I wanted this done either, again over charged snd expected to pay for services I never requested or authorized. Communication and service were horrible.

What I think is truly special about this company is the magic they do turning old, beat-up wood into something that looks brand new! I thought for sure our cabinets were in such bad shape that we would have to replace them all, but they were able to refinish the boxes and just put new doors on them, saving us thousands! Roman Shades are more trouble than they are worth. They don't mount well and break frequently…read more Blinds in the pic here were installed by the store within the past month. This was after I had them repaired already. I'm ready to trash these blinds and get new ones because they won't stay up all the way. They are also too heavy for the mounting brackets which bend (then let in light) and rip out of the wood frame. All About the Blinds is also very slow to respond. They had my Roman Shades in for repair for nearly a year because they forgot about it.

We added two different sets of additional blinds to our home that they were able to match perfectly to the ones previously installed by the old owners. Although the manufacturer time is a little long due to covid (was explained ahead of time), everything has still come in looking like their previous quality. Sleek, clean and well crafted blinds. We have had both the faux wood and the two-tone sheer blinds Installed. Would definitely recommend because they are affordable yet quality window coverings!
