A place where you can find the basics from a hardware perspective. Nuts, bolts, screws, brackets, some limited paints and a few other odds and ends. Don't expect a box store selection here. I'd stop back here again if I was in need of some nuts and bolts or a screen fixed, but the limited selection of other basics would probably push me to a bigger box store.

Another was ordered promptly but again the manufacture must have had a problem with this model. I switched to another brand that they sold and am completely satisfied with the unit. What I was most impressed with was the great communication and service I received from this company. I felt like I was not just a customer but a personal friend the way they treated me. Monica was a stand out and I would purchase again from them in a heartbeat. Bottom line they carry many top brands and the service is second to none.

When the last one broke the owner "Sheila" told me it wasn't her problem and to call GE. She was very hostile and hung up on me like a child. Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there. We dealt with many people while building our home and not one treated us the way Harman did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Beware all buyers, go elsewhere!

He prides himself on guiding his customers to the best value and quality decisions for door design considerations in their home. Jay and his team help me select the right door hardware and hinges throughout our home and installed them expertly. Twelve years later, the 'most used door in the house' lockset fails. I contact Jay for a replacement and installation. He advises me that he will contact the manufacturer and ordered a free replacement lockset, I did not know I had a lifetime warranty. Next, I requested installation service call and Jay informed me that installation was very simple and that I could do the work myself. He saved me about $250 in purchasing a new door lockset and installation cost! I highly recommended shopping with Jay for all door hardware needs!

A $20 gift that friends spent good money on! When a shop changes owners I would think a list of outstanding certificates would be in a data base and transferred in the sale of shop! Shop did not change name! I spent over $40 this day! I will NOT buy gift certificates again! I will not shop this quilt shop again! I was Very disappointed in the "oh well, nothing we can do" attitude!

I keep promising myself to stop buying fabric at each shop but they had so much Bonnie and Camille fabric I couldn't say no. I hope I find myself back in Omaha at some point so I can visit the wonderful people at Country Sampler again!
