Went in for a pedicure today staff were nice and pedicure was good. I did not love their massage chairs because I could not figure out how to use it for the settings that I typically like. My big issue was that I picked a polish and a regular pedicure and when I went to cash out, the woman at the front desk told me my total was $53 instead of the 38 that I was expecting because I picked "shiny polish." I had not been to the salon before and did not know that their polishes cost different prices based on what brand it is. read more

i went for a facial on the 10th of august. i was immediately taken to this beautiful room and told to put on a comfortable robe/towel and to get under the covers. she said she will return in a few minutes. she knocked and came in. the bed was very nice quality and just the right temperature. when i tell you that this was the BEST facial i have ever gotten, i am not lying. she was the nicest woman and told me what is right for my skin (i am a young girl that wants to know what is good for my skin type!!) would recommend!!!! read more

This is hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been too!! My press ons looked better than this!!! To start, I had an appointment at 2 and wasn't seated until 2:30. I asked for a full set with gel polish and colored French tips. She started shaping my nails (I asked for coffin)and she was SO rough. My thumb starting bleeding. Not to mention all of my nails are different shapes and definitely not coffin!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. She started painted the French tip of one thumb and I asked her if she was going to paint on the pink base color that you usually get with a French manicure. She said it was too late and that I should have asked for it (even thought it typically comes with a French) At this point I'm annoyed, my nails are looking horribly shaped and I have no base coat, only colored tips. Worst of all is she used clear nail forms/tips so you can see my natural nail underneath and where it stops. After taking my hands out of the light I got a bit of red polish on my nail from a previous client. I told her about it and she said it wasn't the machines fault and that i did it when I was taking a sip of my water. We move onto my pedicure, I told her I wanted the same thing and made sure to stress the base coat this time. She said she could do it. I look down from my phone a few mins into the pedicure and low and behold, NO BASE COAT. At this point it's been two and a half hours for a full set and pedi. My nails are misshapen, not fully opaque, and full of bubbles. I can't believe I paid almost $100 for this. Look at the picture of what I showed her versus what I got, absolutely ridiculous and will be asking for a refund tomorrow. Beware of station #2 Update: I went to get a refund and the man at the desk said he could not issue a refund because getting your nails done is a service not merchandise. Ridiculous!! So it eating at a restaurant but if there's a bug In your food you expect a refund. He tried to offer to fix it for free but I explained that I've had too many bad experiences here. He still would not give a refund so I left for a few minutes to collect myself because I was that angry. A few minutes later I walk in and I say I'm not leaving until you refund me. He reluctantly refunded me my $50 for my nails (but not my pedi). When I get my receipt I notice he had CHARGED me $50 instead of refunding. He fixed the mistake and then offered to take my nails of free right then and there. I said yes and the same lady that did my nails took them off and sighed the entire time. She also managed to cut me again and I've noticed it's not healing well, hope it does not get infected. Worst of all is she left a layer of acrylic on almost every nail and I definitely will still be charged a take off fee at my salon. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. Some of the worst business practices I've ever encountered. I do not recommend this salon to anyone and will NEVER be returning read more

my daughter and I went for ManI/Pedis yesterday. Pedicure was fine, but the manicure was literally 10 minutes long. I was laughing to myself when she pushed back my cuticles, but she barely touched my nails. She rushed through it so fast it was mine boggling. My daughter's nail polish, which was not OPI was so cheap that even two coats couldn't get it solid. My nails which I like square are so sharp at the at the corners I need to fix those today. Won't be going back. my daughter was trying to see if maybe she could get her prom nails done there but when we got into the car, she said absolutely not. read more

I would never go there again!! I had an appointment. Thaey started the pedicure. I had someone new on this occasion. she asked me how I thought my acrylic nail looked. I said it looked good but dipped in the middle a little. The tech became quite defensive & spoke rudely to me. The manager came over, I told her the tech had a bad attitude & should be more professional toward customers. i Asked for someone more friendly. Very impressed. I went here because my usual place was closed on a Sunday. Lee did great, made me feel very welcome. The place was much larger and nicer than I expected from the outside. It was very clean and all instruments were sterilized. I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure, which was the same price as the place I went in Worcester, and I found the pedicure to be better here as the leg and foot massage was more thorough and longer (which I love). They had plenty of staff so there was no wait. The acetone odor was very mild and the atmosphere was great. I will be going here from now on! read more

I started going to this place because the woman (Helen) who did my mani pedis in Holden for a very long time started working here. It's very clean, and they use disposable tub liners. The chairs are in great shape, unlike many other places. They also do NOT reuse nail files or foot scrubbers, they throw them away after each use. I drive over 30 minutes from where I live because it's worth it to me for great service and cleanliness. read more

The facility is nice and clean. Worst pedi ever. The lady told me she wouldn't be able to do anything with my calluses on my heel unless I upgraded to a spa pedi. She basically washed my feet and painted my toes. My dip for my nails is awful looking. See picture. French tips and base coat is very foggy. Very unnatural looking. Went and had my nails done on Friday got a fill . One has already broken off ! That's not the worse part this lady made me bleed so she used the cuticle pusher and shoved a paper towel on the side of my nail to make it stop bleeding pushing so hard I wanted to cry ! She was so rough with my hands she used the drill to cut my cuticles off which hurt constantly pulling my hands were my elbow was almost in her lap mind you I'm 9 months pregnant ! She also did my pedicure well while she was cutting my toe nails she shoved the nail cutter into my skin as hard as she could ! Sadly I decided to give my money and time to this business 3 times. The first time i got horrible nails for prom mind you after i showed the picture. She told me she would give me the free design and use red to make It look sexy after i said i didn't even want the design and red wouldn't match my dress. After spending $80 on that hideous mess I had to go get them fixed somewhere else. I decided to give them another shot and get a spa pedicure. The pedicure was nice and I got gel toe nail polish as I always do and It lasts about 6 weeks if not longer, not even after a week this was all chipped off (I do not have pictures). Once again my friend and I wanted to have a relaxing time and wanted to get a pedicure again today. I walked in and was seated right away but sat with no nail "technician" for at least 20 minutes by the time i got a nail technician my friend was nearly done her pedicure. The woman open the sanitizing machine with 71 minutes left on the display and took tools out of It and used them on me which means that they were not done sanitizing. As for the cuticle clippers she took them right out of her drawer not a package or sterilization machine. She used a drill on my toe nails, I have never once gotten my toe nails drilled before. After that she filled them down past the end of my nail bed making most of them bleed and uncomfortable. She used cuticle clippers and made my toe nails bleed as well. When i asked if she could make the nails straight she said no because they were too short, she is the one who filed that at least 2 millimeters or so to make them painful, uncomfortable and ugly. After she rinsed the tools she used on me she opened the sterilization machine and put them in when the machine was at 28 minutes which means those would not receive a full sterilization either. Disgusting that they are not using clean tools on people who are paying good money. I paid the $40 regardless but left no tip. As i was signing the receipt she asked me if something was wrong with the service i received (most likely because I didn't tip) and then proceeded to walk away. Very poor quality business and horrible customer service. If i could give this place no stars I would. I will never return. In all three times i went to this business I received three different nail technicians and all provided bad quality service and horrible customer service. read more

What a great experience! As walk-ins on a busy Saturday, we were warmly welcomed and advised of a wait that was all of three minutes! Let me start off by saying worst full set experience ever! Gave this place a second try after a previous bad experience (over 2 years ago). And will sadly not return again. I made an appointment yesterday, came in sat right down, great. I needed a full set, French. I prefer acrylic nails with gel polish- well that didn't happened. The lady who did my nails , #5 desk, basically refused to give me what I wanted. First she said a French full set would be 58$ WHAT. So I said I don't want get white nails or pink and white and she said that anything other than gel would be 15$ for French tips- I was not paying that. So i said 15$ for white polish on the tips of my fingers? With her reply with yes , I said I would go elsewhere where finally she said full set French tips 28$. Yes, thank you what I asked for in the first place. Side note: I've been getting my nails down religiously for the past 8 years - however I haven't been able to since im In Nursing school, I got them done temporarily for a important work event with my fiancé. The biggest issue I had was when I told her my index finger nail was sideways - before she applied anything but the nail. Her first response was " this isn't my fault you have crooked fingers" I replied by saying how I wasn't saying it was her fault I just wanted it fixed. She wouldn't let it go saying how it wasn't her fault blah blah blah. Now im annoyed. She just kept going never ONCE tried to fix the nail I asked her about. We didn't talk for a solid 5-10 min then she brought it up AGAIN. Pointing to every finger on my hands showing how "crooked" they were and how it wasn't my fault. I said I wasn't even talking about it anymore , even the other customers were looking at her in disbelief. The rest of my full set was silent however she was pressing her own sharp nails so hard onto my skin and twisting my finger around that I had to pull them away where she grabbed them back. In the 8-10 years I've been getting fake nails I have NEVER had someone hurt me like that on every finger, as I am sure it was I intentional. This ended with a 33$ bill , "crooked" nails and a very unhappy customer. Oh yeah my appointment was at 330- I sat right sown, wasn't late and I didn't leave until 445! An hour and 15 minutes for a full set!!! Crazy, the place wasn't even busy when I arrived. I will never go back. Only positive thing I can say is that it is pretty inside and everything seemed cleaned. read more

i had a graduation to go to and my appointment was at 130pm i got there 5 minutes late and the owner was very rude. he then tried to make me be his friend by asking if i wanted water. i got put with amy (10) she was rude and rough and didn't talk no convo. and charged me for every little thing because my toe nails needed trimming. when she pulled off my sock she she laughed. this was my first time getting acrylics and they look like dog doo doo. they aren't straight and a little dented. i will NEVER come back here again thanks to amy. very bad exp read more
