Goat Jack's was a former White Spot which was renovated for new ownership. Unfortunately shortly before they were to reopen a truck was left in neutral at the top of the parking lot and rolled down the slope crashing into the newly renovated restaurant. Thankfully repairs were done and Jacks opened. It's a nice space, maybe a little dark, but with a bright bar area. We were quickly seated in the back left in a very large booth for the four of us. The menu features wings, but has other offerings as well. The lovely K ordered the wings with hot sauce and the nachos, neither of which she found to be very good. I had the BBQ burger, and fries, both of which were pretty good. Taste is a personal matter, but service isn't, and our server was excellent. Her only faux pas was filled our friend's Mike's Hard lemonade glass with water when it was almost empty while she had a full water glass beside. When we got back from an adventure at Butchart Gardens, we stopped by for dessert! We got the Hazel Amour and it was enough for us to share. There are so many offers and combinations that I could see us coming back here the next time we're back in BC.
