Foods always pretty solid milkshakes always on point. The service is always good at the Middle country. Location is a nice little spot with a nice inside. I always go with the honey Barbecue melt what sweet potatoes fries with an extra maple sauce that comes with them because I like using it for the melt and I'll get the Oreo strawberry milkshake, of course with whip cream. First review? Interesting. I loved this place for a nice quick lunch and hit the spot. We ordered from Grubhub. Ordered a honey BBQ sandwich and the Turkey and bacon grilled sandwich. It's great because it's mixed in with grilled cheese- what's better than that? We also decided to get the tatter tots, again I've had this happen but I'm sure that if we ate them on the spot they would be that much more crunchier and delicious. My S/O and I were in the area and were looking for a quick bite to eat. We decided to try this place out. We ordered the buffalo melt grilled cheese with a side of Parmesan truffle tater tot's and a Dr Pepper. Our order was ready within 10 minutes, so I definitely give them credit for that, but unfortunately the flavor was not all there. The grilled cheese itself was okay, didn't taste terrible, but it wasn't anything memorable either. As for the tots, they were just awful. They tasted overcooked and barely had any of the truffle flavor. There was barely even any Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Can't say I would bother returning here, nor recommend them. They were pretty mediocre. I'd say go to Melt Shop if you're looking for a gourmet grilled cheese. read more

I ordered from "outlaw burger" on Uber eats ... the food was absolutely disgusting and made me and my fiancé sick. It was undercooked, soggy, stale, no flavor, almost inedible. And milkshake was a joke how bad it was. There was no phone number for outlaw burger only an outside call center. We noticed it said "meltology" on the cups so we searched for that .. then saw there is also a "crave burger" at the same address.... So shady .. how does a business operate this way? I've never seen anything like this in my life. The health department needs to shut these people down. read more

I had high hopes for this place since they specialize in grilled cheese, and it was just okay. The Buffalo chicken grilled cheese had a nice spicy (not even Buffalo) flavor to the chicken, but like another reviewer said, the cheese wasn't even noticeable. I noticed the blue cheese more. The bread was kind of tough and chewy. I got Mac and cheese on the side as a backup, and for $5 I got the smallest and meh-est side of Mac ever. Overall disappointed for the price of the food. I like the crepe place they own next door much better. However I must say, the man who gave me my food was very kind and seemed really genuine, so I'll give this place 3 stars. read more

A bit disappointing. Positives - my order was correct , staff was friendly. Nice clean environment and menu boards are organized nicely. Nice warm feel to the place. In the middle - my expectation going in was for a unique eating experience. It was very ordinary , although some of the menu is different from a lot of other food places i was surprised to get processed chicken in my sandwich and microwaved homemade mac and cheese Negatives. The value just isnt there. Sandwich and fries doesnt deliver for the price and the incredibly small portion of broken mac and cheese is very overpriced. At this point the staff is underdeveloped and disorganized but i see that they are trying very hard so i hope and expect that they will get better. I order through Uber eats and this place was pretty good. I had the southwest burger which had pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, melt sauce on a bun. My burger got stuck to the container top because it melted against the cheese. I paid an extra $2+ for truffle fries which were not worth it. Very mediocre truffle fries might have helped if the fries weren't soft. I order a crazy crepe and it was good. A little too much Nutella but it was nice and filling. The Mac and cheese bites were just ok the sauce they gave with them saved it from being not good. Overall pretty good place. read more

I ordered a grilled cheese with three cheeses and well done bacon on sourdough. There was cheese on one third of the bread. Two pieces of rubbery bacon fell out of the sandwich when I opened it. I've never been able to open a grilled cheese sandwich before. I called the location and asked if a manager was there. The girl said yes but asked the problem. I explained. She said she made the sandwich and "what did I expect in exchange for my complaint." I asked for the manager. She said there was none on the schedule. I said she told me there was. So I figured since I just dropped a package off at UPS, me and my daughter would try something new to us...We walk in and there's just a couple sitting eating. I say good afternoon to the cashier (Male) and he doesn't respond.. I'm like oooookkkkk. It is 12 pm maybe he had a long night... by then he's pressing buttons at the register so I let him do what he needed to do without bothering him( but we are standing at the register too) at one point my daughter even asked me if I knew what I was ordering and I said yes all three of the same. I waited for him to ask. Finally he ask do you know what you're ordering? I said yes, and he rolled his eyes like well what. I said are you ready? He says I've been ready with a terrible attitude. I started to say the order and then I just said you know what, no thank you.. it was too early for the bull. And I didn't want an angry person preparing my food... it was clear he didn't want us there. I hope to find another location to try out the food but I will never walk in that location again.. first time i ordered meltology on uber eats the food was downright nauseating. complete waste of money, but there was nothing i could do so i just made sure to remember the name and not order from them again. couple months later im craving grilled cheese so i order it from a different place called Grilled Cheese Society. it gets here and my drink is in a meltology cup!!!! and, you guessed it, the food was the same terrible slop id gotten at meltology. googled it, turns out they've got the same address. then it happened a third time the other day!!! on uber eats the places that all have the same address as meltology (and same disgusting food) are: the big melt, grilled cheese society, crave burger, outlaw burger, and a few wings places. im not sure if the wing places are associated with meltology so i won't name them, but the other places are (allegedly) meltology. the food is a joke. frankly, i didn't know you could mess up grilled cheese that badly but they somehow did it. this place is beyond sketchy. whoever the owner is needs to pick a different career path because food obviously is not their thing. imagine being so far in denial about how horrendous your food is that instead of trying to improve your recipe and business you ignore all the bad reviews and just pick a new name to go by. freak behavior! read more
