My new go-to nursery! I love nurseries that allow you to wander uninterrupted and that's exactly what happened here. They had multiple greenhouses full of healthy indoor plants - so many options! I was able to grab a few things as I went and then I found an employee when I was ready. He was able to tell me reasonable prices, offer bigger/healthier options for a few plants I had picked up, and wrapped them up for my drive home. They take cash and Venmo. Check them out! read more

They have 2 covered rooms. 1 side for indoor house plants, & the other for outdoor plants. The only reason why I didn't do 5 stars is because their customer's service can vary sometimes. I do get what the other reviewer mentioned below about how they sometimes pick & choose who to sell certain plants to. It was an older gentleman I experienced this with. I was eyeing this plant that didn't have any sold signs on it. It wasn't near the sold section either, but when I asked about it..they said it was sold. They tend to claim things are sold if they don't want to sell it, but will think about it depending on the buyer. I know this because when I saw another buyer ask about it, they had a different response. I also heard them tell another buyer that a certain plant I wanted cost $10, but when I asked they told me $12. So get on the right foot & make sure they like you. Lol. Also, they don't mark the pots or place with prices or names. Although on the last trip I finally saw a few price stickers on a handful of pots, and finally saw a few signs. But they still need to put out more to make it easier for buyers. I basically have to keep bothering the staff. There's this young man that works there, he's not that warm, but he is very informative and knows his plants. He knows all the plant names and all the care info on the spot if you ask. This nursery often has some unique, hard to find plants. I saw that they had a variegated monstera. (Check out my pic) So cool to see in person. It has a sold sign, but it's been there for weeks. Hoping they actually won't sell that, & instead propagate that thing & have mass quantity eventually. Not like I could ever afford it, lol. I was quoted $2.5k when I messaged them. Aside from that, prices are fair depending on the popularity of the plant. Huge plus on some plants being in white containers like my photos show. More attractive that way. I do enjoy coming here. I will continue to come back to support their business as long as they keep their prices fair. Hoping they can work on better customers service. Be more consistent & equally fair with the prices for all their customers. I'll update my review if anything changes. read more

I really liked the selection they had here, it's a small nursery but the plants are beautiful. I thought they were very reasonably priced and better than Lowe's. It was first time going there and the older guy was helpful to me. He spoke Spanish and I do too so getting tips on how to keep succulents thriving during the heat really reminded me of my elders back home. I highly recommend going, I didn't get to buy any indoor plants but I definitely will be going back. read more

Interact with them on insta once and asked about the duration of their sale, the only answer I got was "It's on the story". Which did not answer my question regarding the duration. Still gave them a try and went. They didn't even acknowledge I was there and answer my questions with one word answer. Very short and seem always annoyed. Today, I went for the second time and will be the last. My friend asked a simple question to a younger guy about an expensive plant there...and pretty much scoffed at. She even felt bad for asking...and asked me if that wasn't okay to do. If you don't want to disclose the price, you can be nicer about it tbh. I asked on my own if the plant was auctioned out or how can it be purchased if I was ever interested in one. And I got "no. There's no auction" in a rude tone. The guy was nicer to other customers and seem to be picky on who they want to interact with. We felt so judged, as if we're not good enough to look at this majestic monstera albo This was the first time I've met someone so rude in this community. I gave this place more chances than I wanted to. I even bought something today and honestly regretted it due to the interactions. I'm done. read more

I had the worse buying experience at this nursery. I love my plants but something has to be said about how they run their business. I drove pretty far to support this small business only to be greeted by a condescending and demeaning worker. The young man also told me some items I was interested in were sold turning me away from them and then later changing his mind and stating he could sell it to me after all. Shady! This guy has a lot to learn if he wants to run a successful business and it was not right to treat a customer the way he did. I STILL left buying plants and this guy was STILL RUDE. I would've bought more but not worth the verbal abuse. I just want to warn others who may encounter him. It's not worth the drive. read more

Bad customer service Period. We had a bad experience there with the young gentlemen. He had a attitude, we will not go back there again.

I found this nursery from watching a YouTuber's video. Decided to check it out because I wanted a string of turtles. They had a very good selection of beautiful plants but the customer service is something else. There was an older woman tending to the plants who was rather pleasant while a younger man was not. Did not even crack a smile when we tried to joke about wanting to pay more for the plants that were, "sold". Even when I asked if a certain plant that didn't have a sold sign was for sale he just barked back, "all these plants hanging are sold!" Didn't even say anything when I thanked him after completing the transaction for the plants that I bought. I thought maybe it was me or maybe he was having a bad day but after reading other reviews, this guy is the same to other customers. Pretty sad. read more

Unmarked plants, prices not displayed. We bought six small plants, $36, which seemed extremely high. Operation is very small, two covered plant areas with parking. One of the workers purchased a cold drink over the chain-link fence from a woman living there. Both workers had masks but did not use them. For the location, selection and price you can do much better. The plants we purchased would have been less at City Nursery, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. But once we had picked them out I felt it only right to pay the man. They have a beautiful selection of plants HOWEVER the main guy that runs the place did not have any customer service skills. He seemed like he was just the money collector, did not want to be there, and answered my questions as if I was a bother to him. Dude, if you don't want to work there, tell your parents and do something else with your life. I will not be returning. I will look elsewhere for a small business that has a passion for plants like Plantino nursery. read more

Very rude customer services. Avoid at all cost. Not worth the drive and time. Nothing is priced so you're constantly asking. There's so much other plant shops with better service that would treat you better and worth spending all your money at. My first and last at this place read more
