Upon inquiring, Nick graciously said he would sell the pot to us as it was no longer available and it was unknown when another delivery would be made from that particular distributor (if ever as it came from China). Apparently they don't get their stories straight. After well deserved chose words to "Dave" he hung up on me, in which I called back and spoke to the VP on how much this day has cost me and I could not take off another day from my job. They dropped the ball on me.
