Lol But omggg I had a massage last night and my upper back, lower back and actually allll the back has been hurting so bad since having my most recent baby and the epidural. Sijay worked her magic and I am hurting in the best way today. Lol you know that good sore you get when you have the best leg day in the gym? That's the comparison. She literally worked out all the knots, and while I'm a little sore today...I feel so much better and my back feels so loose. I had never had a Brazilian Wax and was quite nervous about the whole experience. I mean wax, down there? I just knew I'd cry. But I didn't. In fact, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, thanks to Vanessa. I told her it was my first time and she walked me through the whole process, step by step always letting me know what was going on before proceeding. It was great, I didn't feel anxious or rushed at all. I was super pleased with the results, and honestly the second one was even easier than the first! You really end up just chatting through your session to the point of almost not noticing the wax coming off. Plus they use a hard wax which doesn't require strips, and therefore doesn't pull your skin, just the hair. Huge plus!! The rest: In terms of decor, they've got a chic boutique feel going on. Everything is super clean and nicely lit. There are little samples in the waiting area if you are curious about some of their scrubs. It's very easy to make appointments, and I love that I get confirmations for booking in a text and email. Can't wait to try the other services!

My massage therapist, Jake, was fantastic, very considerate and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. My fiancé was satisfied with his massage as well. However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage. It's the whole experience, including customer service. You can have an amazing massage, but one uncomfortable interaction at the end can completely change how someone feels about the entire visit.
