Excited about this fun experiment!! I have very sensitive allergies bordering on chronic fatigue so even mild cleaners can make me feel wiped out which is why I typically houseclean with vinegar and liquid castille soap, however for showers and toilets and also disinfecting I needed to find something a bit stronger to get those tiles gleaming and bathroom smelling fresh. That's why I love these products as I don't get that instant tired feeling with them I get with other cleaners and they also clean super great!! Have not tried anything else and I'm also not sure how I'll spend the 35 points a month but the cleaning products are so awesome, I'm sure I'll like the other products, really want to try the tea tree oil products next. The very nice lady, I think she's maybe the manager, helped me today and shout to her as she was so, so helpful and sweet. She helped me to buy their Safer for your home pack which is $99 with membership as it's a huge discount even compared to the preferred member prices. In the pack comes everything to switch to their cleaning line, including laundry soap and fabric softener sheets and stain pre-treat, I'll be trying out their soaps with my next laundry loads and very excited as I'm sure I'll love it! The absolute gem to me is their sol-u-guard product which is certified by the EPA as a covid disinfectant. It's natural and made with a product from the herb thyme, on the bottle it says it kills 99.9% of germs and viruses. Boy! Did I go shopping. I am a distributor so it was a great visit. Clean, professional, well stocked and courteous.

"Higher quality products that are better for you at the lowest prices possible". This was part of the spiel I was given for this company that I was a member of for a whole three months. During those three months I discovered that the products are neither superior nor inexpensive. Actually, I discovered that immediately but held on because I thought I needed their vitamins. I have since found a far superior vitamin with greater absorption and quality for less than half the price. I found it difficult to meet the minimum monthly purchase even though I have three children and a home to keep clean. This is due to not wanting to use most of the products because I am, I suppose, a hippy and have been using hippy-type natural, organic weird products for years. The products here had inferior ingredients, and most of the food products I would not feed my children or put into my own body. My girlfriend almost purchased some sort of bar, but I smacked the box out of her hands because it contained dairy as well as other things I do not ingest. I did not actually smack the box. I did, however, give her a judgmental eyebrow raise. I do know that I am peculiar and have unconventional standards for chemicals and ingredients. So if YOU think you are weird or do any of these things: Juice your own organic produce at home Avoid chemicals as much as possible Avoid processed foods, preservatives, and additives Care about your microbiome because you heard Robynne Chutkan on a podcast Are vegan or mostly vegan You will not like Melaleuca products. You don't know how lucky we are to have a physical Melaleuca store. I'm not a member anymore (for budget and finance reasons) but I'm still an authorized buyer so I can continue to shop for my necessities. They've been really good at working through the pandemic and organizing social distancing shopping. They also had cleaning supply in stock where other retail stores didn't. I need their detergent. It's the only one I know with a light scent(enough to know a little is enough) and doesn't cause irritation to my sinus and skin. I use Melaleuca oil for everything. The five star rating is only for the products because the products are amazing! I've been a member for 2 years now and I will continue to be a member because I believe in the products. Especially the cleaning products and the laundry detergent line! I had to give this place a 2 star because customer service is bad. It took me only 5 minutes to get all my products but it took me 40 minutes to pay for them. Service is slow and not too friendly. Never heard of melaleuca until my SIL introduced me to some of the cleaning products that are safe to use especially households with children. I immediately loved it especially since these products are not using the dangerous chemicals we use from Walmart, Target, or where ever you buy toxics. I was surprised that the dish washing concentrate didn't irritate my skin while washing dishes and also their products walk-the-walk, meaning they get the jobs done. Don't be fooled, the Melaleuca business model is definitely not cheaper than purchasing at your local stores. Once you have placed an order you cannot change it, refund it or add to it until it is shipped and at that point you are responsible for paying shipping and handling to return items. You have a minimum purchase amount each month. BE WARNED: No matter which date you sign up on you are required to hit your minimum purchase by months end. If you sign up on June 30th you need to spend your 34 points by that day and have no leeway on time to search or research what you actually want. Products are extremely small. 6 times concentrate just means a bottle that is 1/3 the size of a grocery store laundry detergent and double the cost. Customer service is hard to deal with and has no authority or ability to help you when it comes to doing anything and canceling is harder than you think. We were customers for 4 days and I would NEVER be with a company that doesn't care about its customers. Shipping is also not free as I was made to believe and the videos you watch get you free product but cannot be used towards your monthly point balance. I used to be a member of Melaleuca, but unfortunately had to drop out cause it was costing me too much every month. Thankfully, my grandma is still a member so I often come shopping with her so I could help her rack up the required 35 points that she needs every month & so I could help her shop cause if Im not with her, she can stay in that store for SO long. I absolutely LOVE the products here cause everything is all natural. Being a mother, I'm now able to know that my son is able to be around natural products that won't harm him...even the cleaners are natural! I personally love their shampoo and their toothpaste. When I first used their shampoo, it made my hair really dry, but after awhile, my hair's never been so soft! Now their toothpaste....O M G ! I usually use their whitening toothpaste & when I first used it, I thought it was a little awkward with the fact that it smells like the Melaleuca oil, so I have to admit that it does take some getting used to. But other than that, my teeth has never felt so clean before! Each time I use Crest or Colgate, my teeth doesnt feel AS clean as they do when I use the Melaleuca toothpaste. Monthly Shopping! I use so many of their products here but there are a few I'd like to give special recommendations for... Cool Mint Toothpaste - My Favorite Toothpaste so far! I began using it about a year ago and just can't use anything else. It makes my mouth feel cleanest for the longest. Renew Lotion - Great for sensitive skin! I apply after showers and in the morning and never get that dry itchy feeling anymore. It's unscented which is good for me because scented ones make me itch. Fresh Rain Air Freshener - My boyfriend loves this smell! We use it all the time. Whether it be after cooking, cleaning or pooping we spray this and it just smells fresh again! The store is clean, organized and air conditioned. Customer service is pretty good but can be hit or miss. I love Melaleuca's relatively new line of essential oils. They even have one for covid-19. It's a blend to help boost your immune system. You put a few drops of oil iin a diffuser which Melauca Carrie's and add water. The beautiful thing about our diffuser is that it has a timer for 30, 60 and 90 minutes running at a time. I joined yesterday after I saw the presentation. I was in melalecua a few years back in the early 90's and since than they have expanded their product line. The store itself was neat and clean. And you can open up the products and smell them because their is no child proof cap. Reason being that it's safe for the kids. OK I read the complaints about the service but tell me what store doesn't have rude cashiers or long lines. I was not forced into joining I use to be with Amway and still buy their vitamins. But Melaleuca has earth friendly products that aren't harmful to the environment. And for those who complain about the 35 purchase point system its not as bad as you think. I bought a few things and it cost me under 40 bucks. I only went over cause my wife wanted to buy some stuff for her friend. And if you get people to shop and purchase 35 points in products you don't have to buy every month. Think about it this way Sam's and Cascos don't pay you for referring customers. And the products are really good. Like most things you have to weigh the bad with the good. But people do like the products from what I seen. Yesterday the store was packed with customers. Was telling my wife it was like the last day of coupon book day at longs. And if 75% of the population like the products than they all can't be wrong. Their laundry detergent is amazing if 1/2 oz really cleans an entire load. It doesn't 100% so I use more than recommended. The Tub & Tile cleaner doesn't work as well as clorox and both have a strong odor. Their vitamin/nutrition supplements are okay for the average person but professionals involved in athletics will want higher grade supplements. Their Access bars are delicious but adding sugar to CLA defeats the purpose of fat reduction since sugar turns into fat on ingestion. Access bars are so tasty they encourage a sweet tooth. The Sei Bella shampoo is slightly drying requiring conditioner. The Sei Bella conditioner leaves my hair feeling heavier than when I use Wen shampoo/conditioner. Since their Clear Power is vinegar based, vinegar achieves the same results without the fragrance. Their Sei Bella make-up line appears to contain as many chemical ingredients as other cosmetics. Sei Bella facial cleanser is well priced but not as effective as Perricone nutritive cleanser, which is expensive. Spending $70/month or 35 pts for membership is unfeasible unless you buy exclusively Melaleuca, have a large family, or have clients who buy through you. I've insufficient success with products beyond laundry products to warrant maintaining this membership. I like their laundry products and will continue to purchase if feasible through others. read more

They have convenient shopping hours, although I wish they were open on Sundays. I love that the store seems small, but is packed with so much product. Nice to have a Melaleuca storefront here. However, I find it strange that the "customer" parking in front of the store cannot be used by Melaleuca customers, but instead, we have to park on the street? Especially since the day I went, NOT ONE OF THOSE stalls were in use. All empty. I just find it curious. Anyhow, with that out of the way, focusing on the experience at the actual store. The store is nice, modern and clean. LOVE it. However, don't LOVE the long line and forever wait when checking out. Another thing that I was not crazy about was the way the cashier treated me. I usually order by mail. In the past 6- 8 months, 4 of my orders were missing items that I ordered and paid for. So the last time I called I told them "this has been happening a lot!!!" So they told me that they would have someone double check my orders before shipping. Fast forward to the day I went to the storefront. Thought I'd save $ on shipping and go in an physically buy my laundry detergent (Heavy, so costs a lot to ship). When I checked out the cashier said "looks like your account has been flagged" . . . and then paused . . . I go "For what???" and she goes "seems you have been claiming that items are missing from your order" (in a tone that denoted that I was lying or making that up!) . . and I said Yes, I'd say every 2nd shipment they fail to check my order and something is missing even though I paid for the item! (Me, in an equally nasty tone right back at her). I then said "that's why I'm here, to make sure that doesn't happen AGAIN!" Then she said "yes, and it save on shipping too . . . . they just want to make sure you receive EXCELLENT customer service" . . . . I wanted to say "then LOSE THE ATTITUDE!" I've been with Melaleuca for 2 years now. It was only recently (actually, since they started shipping from the store) that I had problems with the missing products. I didn't like the insinuation that I was lying or trying to get a free product. Actually, each time the item was missing, it was a customer of mine who's item was missing. So . . . they lost a star for parking . . . lost a star for the long wait/lines and lack of adequate staffing and finally, lost a star for the attitudinal cashier . . . Thus the 2 star rating. Major opinion shift due to their credit card partnership. I have been a member and have my favorite products. I purchase products from Melaleuca because I thought they supported healthy and environmentally safe products. The sense they portray on their website is one of moral integrity to the customers. However, I am not so sure now. If they are partnering with a credit card company that, I feel, intentionally makes receiving payments on time almost impossible is disturbing. The processing center is in Puerto Rico. They only way they accept payments is through the mail. I was paying through the Bill Pay feature of my bank that showed the payment was sent on time. However, I just found out that they require my bank to mail a check to them and that check takes 10-14 days to get to them making my payments late! Each late fee is $40! I didn't realize this for a few months. I have written a couple of emails to the company and they have not responded. This leaves me with major "that's your problem" and "we don't care" and "so sorry you discovered our grift" feelings. I am now on the look out for a store to shop responsibly. :( read more

Melaleuca...has a great array of items. I chose the hair kit, acne kit, and a single Exceed gum. The gum was delishious! I highly suggest it to anybody. The HAIR KIT Was AMAZING. Please try the hair kit if you haven't tried it. I LOVE the fragrance, it puts me in a high class hotel when i use it :), then the acne I love it TOO!! It's great! I just started using it, but I can tell the ingredients are grade A. The cleanser makes my skin feel soft (which is a great sign). The kit comes with 4 steps for only $19.99 a great deal! This was a nice company starting out. But on average because of the 35 pts rule for each month, I was spending 60-80 a month in products I did not need or use up yet. When I tried to cancel I had to fill out a form and then mail/scan it back. I was told that I would still have to order or get a back order. Which I wanted to avoid both. I then froze my bank cards and got new cards sent to me. I would advise people to understand that over spending and unnecessary spending is just as worst are throwing money away to things you actually don't need. read more

Every weekday I've been to the store has been an excellent shopping experience. They have always had the products I wanted, and have had 5-6 cashiers in attendance, which makes the line move quickly.
