Just ignored all my texts & calls for 7 hours & then offered me a weak excuse of an apology after completely screwing me and leaving me extremely stressed on the MORNING OF MY WEDDING. Unbelievably unprofessional and I will yell "do not hire her" from the hilltops to every person who asks about my wedding day. Giving one star in the review simply so I can post this review. I had a hair and make-up trial session with Ruth Ann (owner of Radiant Allure) for my wedding later this year. She was highly recommended by my friend (Ruth Ann was the hair and make-up artist for her wedding). First, Ruth Ann is extremely professional. She responds to email in a very timely manner. She is so efficient that after our first contact, I had an appointment with her a couple days later. The awesome thing is, you do not have to go anywhere. Ruth Ann comes to you!!! Once she arrived, she took a couple of minutes to set-up her things (she brought everything), and then she asks you what look you are looking for. I showed her some pictures. I told her I liked the hair in one photo, the make-up in another photo, and the eye make-up on a third photo. She did her magic while we conversed about everything under the sun. I felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriend!! An hour later, she said she was done. I took one look in the mirror and I was SO IMPRESSED. She captured everything I wanted from the pictures. She was RIGHT ON the ball!!! I looked flawlessly glamourous (exactly what I wanted) and she made me feel so beautiful. My fiancee loved the look and took me out to dinner with our friends. I received lots of compliments from both men and women. Ruth Ann knows a thing or two about being fabulous! If you have a wedding or special occassion coming up, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you give her a call. Clip some pictures of what you want and she will make it happen. UPDATE: The day of the wedding, Ruthann arrived to the hotel on time. She came ready and alert. The finished product of the hair and make-up for all the bridesmaids were amazing. They looked sooooo PRETTY and so CLASSY and SOPHISTICATED. I received tons of comments on how wonderful they looked. She also curled the hair of three of our flower girls and they looked as cute as ever!!! They stole the show. I am in the wedding industry and oversee a hair and makeup business in Las Vegas and I felt totally comfortable with Ruth Ann doing my hair and makeup for my special day, I didn't trust anyone else. On the big day, I was so excited to meet Ruth Ann and when she arrived it was as though she was apart of the family. We all chatted and had so much fun getting ready. She did my niece first since she was very familiar with her face, then my maid of honor's hair and then my hair and makeup and she did such a beautiful job! I told myself that one day, I'll check it out... I haven't had a pedicure in a long time, but I've been wearing shoes almost everyday, so I don't have rough skin. My technician didn't have to do a lot of work. I didn't have an appointment and one of the workers was available. We didn't chat much. I appreciated that she put her glasses on! It was a satisfactory experience and included a brief hot towel wipe. The leg massage was alright. The place was clean and calm. It was convenient and about $40 with tax. No cash discount.

They have 2 ladies doing haircuts and another 3 doing nails and pedicures and it is very reasonable, which the Nana is watching their work and said they do good work. Lots of parking spaces shared by all tenants and they also have street parking, if you came in the later afternoon they have a lot more open spaces.

First timers to lash extensions can be hesitant, but Nicole is by far the most gentle esthetician I've ever had. In the 10-20 lash appointments I've had with her, she's never poked me and the session is so painless that I've fallen asleep. I've have had many painful lash experiences in the past and would not recommend trying new business without a review specifically commenting on a painless experience. Once you find someone you trust with tweezers near your eyes, it's best to hold on to them and I would recommend Nicole for anyone. Nicole also has quality nail products from Asia that are more durable than other salons. I don't have to stress about choosing a color either. She is patient and the experience is enjoyable.

It doesn't feel like she's pushing products on you and while she makes suggestions, she encourages you to try what catches your eye. You can tell that she genuinely wants to help you find a piece that you're comfortable with/confident in, so no feel shame about asking to try on different styles! If you have a certain color, length, or style in mind but don't see it out on the floor, just let her know and she may have the perfect match in the back or in one of the boxes on the floor. It may seem "disorganized" to some but to me, it seems like Angie knew exactly where everything was--no frantically fumbling around. I showed Angie a photo and she was surprisingly able to find a wig that had nearly the identical type of highlights/hair color my loved one had pre-chemo. She has kind of a hairdresser's set up with chair, big mirror, and handheld mirror so you can see the wig from different angles on you. She is very clear to repeat directions on how to wear, adjust, and care for the wig and wig cap. She also has a comb and spray bottle and gives tips on how to style to your preference, even with the same wig (more volume vs. more sleek, covering ears vs. behind ears, various part styles). I tried calling back twice because I wanted it fixed and no one called back nor picked up the phone. I paid so much money for short lashes? Never coming back! Horrible customer service. It's $150 for the initial lash and $75 for the relash. I really love the way the studio looks. It's so bright, clean, and modern. If you go with your significant other, he/she can either wait right outside in the Velocity's awesome chairs or go check out some luxury cars that are on display. They also offer free wifi.
