I have been using CVS forever and when I switched to West Grange, my scripts when from 2 for almost $13.00 to 2 for around $3.00. Now granted, I have insurance but I think it would be a savings for most people. They are courteous and helpful. Sadly, the store is a little run down but I think given the amount of "store" traffic they get is low and thus the money for improvements is not available. But, I do love the prescription prices and their courteousness.

They were right in front of her . She was looking everywhere except in front of her so I kind of made a joke and said can you read and so other lady and she refused to sell me anything. I have never seen this lady before I I've been coming there for 30 years and I'm sure with her attitude She probably won't be there for very long. I have never had a problem with the pharmacy. love the pharmacy, but this lady in the front was very argumentative when I went to the back to see if my prescription was ready she followed me like she was gonna fight me. i'm shocked because I've never that before in even followed me to the back to continue the argument.

    Horrid customer service. I have never experienced such cold and callous behavior from anyone. You…read morestate there's an issue with the doctors order. Said doctor calls to clarify. Then I receive an out of stock text. So, I call to ask exactly what the issue is - doctor or stock????? Then, I am told the medication will be in stock in two days, and if there is an issue I will be contacted. I call when I do not receive any communication regarding the status to confirm readiness. I am then told another two days until stock arrives. I then asked for a pharmacy manager. A very, extremely, unhelpful pharmacist advised no pharmacy manager would be available until Monday and only then asked if I would like them to check other location stock. I declined and advised I requested my doctor to call in the script to another pharmacy due to the need for my medication. This was on a Thursday. I then called the main customer service line. They transferred me to the "store director", who was the frozen foods team lead for the evening as the store director was not in. She peppered me with unacceptable, HIPPA violating questions, instructed me to go the ER if it was an issue and then hung up on me. I called the main customer service line again. They couldn't even get through to the store. I was then advised someone would contact me on Monday. I opened a case via the online customer service portal. I was again advised someone would contact me on Monday. When I heard nothing on Monday I reached out. The store director then emailed me asking me for times I was available to discuss the issue. I immediately responded and received no response and no call. I again emailed customer service. I paid out of pocket for my script at the "new" pharmacy because Meijer had already billed my insurance. That's fine with me, but now I have to speak to someone at the Flat Rock pharmacy to fix the billing issue, so I can be reimbursed from my insurance. This is a never ending loop of idiocracy. I emailed the regional pharmacy director. He called me and left a message as I was unable to answer the phone. He is supposed to call me back tomorrow. I am looking forward to speaking with him; however, I will never patronize this store again.

    This Walgreens was AWESOME on my recent visit to get a flu shot. The process was super easy, and…read morethe pharmacy staff had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They have a great room off to the side that gives plenty of privacy if you are visiting for any of the quick clinic services. I appreciated the staff taking the time to walk me through any questions I had, and get me my flu shot and on my way. PLUS, they have a great "Give a Shot" program, that benefits those not privileged enough to have access to regular vaccines and immunizations. Will definitely revisit this location.

    Every single month I have issues with refills, either they keep auto filling items I have…read morerepeatedly asked them not to, or they have technical issues on the website/app that orders aren't submitted or just cancelled after they are pending and then today. I literally called at 1:15p about a prescription my daughter needs that was supposed to be filled on the 13th this week when her Dr called it in, and they cancelled it, so when I resubmitted it Wednesday, the only option was Friday pick up. At 1:15, she said it's ready now and you'll be able to pick it up when we open after break at 2pm. So I took my lunch break from work in Taylor and drove all the way to Trenton to ensure my child gets her needed medication and I go in since the drive up line was 5 cars deep to see two pharmacy techs playing on phones with the pharmacy closed. The pharmacist had to leave and they didn't know how long it would be until they were open again, but possibly 20-30min and they only said anything to me after I asked. Then there was no apology for my inconvenience. If I had any other option near my house in Trenton, I would be moving everything to a new pharmacy and I may even do just that anyway and have to drive to a different city because I am so tired of dealing with the issues every single month. My personal prescriptions took almost a week to refill last week as well, because of the "technical issues" and back up they had from that, although everytime I called they said it would be ready that day and it never was. They are also almost always short staffed and it takes forever to get service anyway
