However, when I first met Aung (Dr.), I was thoroughly impressed. Please note I am tough to please:). I have a high power and so does my son so it's important to me that there is some expert that is watching out for the health of our eyes. For the first time in 27 years (since I came to USA), I felt that my eyes are in good care and that Dr. Aung would not let anything bad happen to our eyes. My daughter (who lives in London) also gets her checkups/glasses through them. Besides Aung, Dena and Lauren are also great. Over the years, it feels like we are part of the family. I trust them 100% w/ their recommendations as it's never about money but rather caring for the patients. Since I found them, I have recommended all my friends to their practice (family-run). The best thing - they respond to my texts even when it's as trivial as me forgetting my scarf in their office;) THank you Aung, Dena and Lauren. You guys truly rock!!

The technician said your glasses are for reading, I said no it's to see that's why I am here. My recent healthy eye exam recommended I se an Optometrist, there might be something else. The first thing she then said we will go ahead and do a health eye exam and that will be $49. I said I just did that and that's why I am here. my intake form had all of the symptoms I have been suffering with. There was a price sheet what I might also need. I already called to make sure they were in my insurance system. I was told yes. I have never ever walked out of a doctors appointment . I felt like I was at a car dealership and they just want to sell you the add one. I can not say anything good about this practice.

Not many places carry Silhouette frames (rimless) anymore, but Naperville Optical has a full selection, which is what brought me there in the first place about 8 years ago. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Dr Yun is thorough and has the latest equipment. She does all the testing herself. There was a slight change to my Rx. Calvin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. My insurance offered a great discount and I'll be stopping back for a new pair of sunglasses soon. My new glasses were ready in 8 business days. I need to have a secondary cataract removed next week and I suspect my vision will improve even more.
