They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Unfortunately, the experience matched what several other negative reviews had mentioned about the staff's attitude. There were three employees working at the time, and not one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged me in a friendly way. Instead, I was met with stares and an overall vibe that I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I genuinely wanted to schedule an eye exam and pick out a new pair of glasses since this location is so close to me, but after less than two minutes, I felt uncomfortable enough to walk right back out. It's disappointing, especially knowing others have experienced the same unwelcoming behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because the convenience of the location can't make up for how poorly customers are treated.

Natalie and the staff are always patient with my kiddo as she sifts through all of their frames in order to pick out the perfect ones. We usually try to call ahead to find a time when they aren't too busy with clients and they can sometimes schedule a fitting time in as well and sometimes if it's slow we will just walk in if it's a slower time of day. Then the ladies kept speaking down to me - and I had to stop them and say "I'm aware of what is going on, I think that you guys aren't communicating with each other so you don't know... but I'm aware." lol So after 30 min, we officially started my ACTUAL exam. It stinks cause the doctor is very nice, but there's just a level of miscommunication that make things really unnecessarily annoying. So I don't truly recommend this place; but I'll come back cause they have my glasses but I plan to go to another store in the future cause I just don't like that they don't know what's happening, they ask me to know rather than read the paperwork and because they also end up taking a long time (my one hour appt turned into 90 min). I made a point to tell them this and that I couldn't see. I only had a pair of sunglasses from a few prescriptions ago, which is not at all ideal for daily wear. They said, on July 12 that they would be ready in about a week and a half which would have been around July 24. I never heard anything so I called them on that day to check and they said one pair had come in. Not sure when that happened or why they hadn't called me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it has been 2 1/2 week, I still had not gotten a call about the second pair and so I call them again and they say they are ready. For being a company supposedly passionate about people's vision, they sure don't seem to be in a rush to get you to see properly. If I hadn't called, how much longer would it have been? I'm beyond disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my eye exams and glasses in the future.
