She looked visibly uncomfortable and the manager was just unbelievable. I feel that this should be done in private and not in a place where customers can witness this type of behavior coming from management. not only has this happened once but multiple times i have seen or heard something happen like this with other individuals who were also working. one even came from The general manager Beth she had gotten in mutiple individuals faces yelling at them when they clearly looked as if they were doing their job and this is something a manager should not be doing as i would due to my old type of businesses and establishments that i have for.It is extremely dishonoring to see that this is happening to children who are only in their teens who choose to have a job and who choose they feel the need to be respected in order to continue doing their job. i've bought from this establishment for many years and i feel deeply uncomfortable to go there again due to this behavior yet again.

I was stared at. No one asked me if I needed help or what I was looking for. One employee was helping the other woman (another older white woman) and didn't bother to check on me. The line at CS was 9 people deep and only one person could/knew how to process Amazon returns and I was told she would be back after her break. I waited 15 minutes while all 9 of the people in line were processed, plus more some more, then there we stood. Two CS who could not/would not do Amazon returns, waiting on an employee that was on break. I understand employee shortages, but how about cross training those that do show up for work?
