Tandy let's be honest, you can see this is the entire text thread I didn't leave anything out. They…read moredid NOT say I was "welcome to come in any time." They said "you can try a walk in later." I no longer live in the area so trying a walk in doesn't work. You're a business owner and trying to clean it up, I get it. But the fact is if you don't tip they will refuse certain massage therapists. That's the policy they "cant override." I felt safe going to Wendy because my family had gone to her for years (and all tip). Tammy ignored the fact that I WAS INAPPROPRIATELY TOUCHED THE TIME BEFORE WHICH IS WHY I DIDN'T TIP just that time. Every other time I tip & , that was the reason I was denied the service with the therapist I felt comfortable with. You should be humble and just apologize instead of trying to save face. Because if what you're saying is true then why would your receptionist assume I wouldn't tip? Remember, my Godsister called moments before and they told her Wendy had no appointments and was wide open. It's because y'all track who tips and treat them differently if they didn't. In closing, maybe stop having these tipping wars and actually pay your hard working therapists, Ms. Tandy.

She may be tiny, but she is STRONG!! She has different massages and packages that you can choose from. She really listens to whatever your concerns may be and will tailor your massage based on what you want. I try to work out at least 3-4 times a week, so I try to alternate my massages based on how I am feeling and how long it has been since my previous massage. Let me tell you, if I could get a massage every week, I absolutely would. Especially from Ms. Lois!! She is the absolute greatest. She is so kind and has such a beautiful spirit. He recommended I book an appointment with Tracy, as her techniques were very similar to what I enjoyed during my first time at Silver Oak Massage. Overview: - Great pressure: I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. The neck is a sensitive area for most, but Tracy navigated the knots well and made sure I felt comfortable during my appointment. - Received feedback/direction well: I told the staff upfront I had new lobe piercings and that my ears could not be touched. Didn't have to worry about that one bit. Also, one spot in my lower back was very tender - had to ask her to use a slightly gentler touch and she accommodated right away. - Tail end of appt, head massage: so good I dozed off for a few mins - Lavender oil: felt nice when applied, but I likely won't splurge for it the next time I stop by Had another great experience AND another stamp for my stamp card. Very soothing. Got my tension in shoulders and back of arms swept away! This place has massage therapists true to their craft.
