Heard back from Great Valley before 9 AM Monday with a professional quote that was reasonable, so I chose them. After losing my house keys, I contacted Jefferson Locksmith and within 25 minutes of placing my…read morecall to their dispatch, Russel arrived. I like the fact that he called to tell me he was on his way and the time it would take to get to my house. This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit. Although a bit expensive, I'm very happy with the quality of service received from Jefferson Locksmith from the time I placed my call up until the end of the service call and I highly recommend them. If you lose your keys and live near or in the West Philadelphia area, ask for Russel. Thank you.

I looked up the parts that they installed and they were the exact same parts by the exact same company as the ones sold at Lowes Hardware. When I confronted them with this information they just tried to convince me that I was mistaken. It wasn't worth a lawsuit, but in my opinion they're dishonest and should not be trusted.
